| Large-scale urban renewal and upgrading of infrastructure systems have produced a huge amount of construction and demolition waste,which is treated by simple piling and landfill,causing serious problems such as resource waste,environmental pollution,and ecological destruction,which seriously hinders sustainable urban development.Under the guidance of the national "double carbon" strategy,the efficient of urban construction and demolition waste recycling is an important subject and task that the construction industry must face.Therefore,it is urgent to study the cooperative decision-making mechanism,supervision mechanism,and cooperative innovation mechanism among relevant stakeholders in the recycling process of urban construction and demolition waste in China,optimize the strategies for improving the recycling level,promote the construction of ecological civilization.Grasp the evolution trend of urban construction and demolition waste quantity in 31 provinces of China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from the spatial-temporal dimension,comprehensively use evolutionary game theory,complex network,system dynamics,and other theories and methods to identify the four core stakeholders of the government,construction enterprises,recycling enterprises and the public in the process of urban construction and demolition waste recycling,and establish evolutionary game model among the stakeholders.Explore the system evolution stability strategy,through numerical simulation,analyze the initial strategy selection and the impact of different parameter changes on the system evolution results,and put forward the urban construction and demolition waste recycling level improvement strategy.The results show that,the game between construction enterprises and recycling enterprises,the stable state of the system mainly depends on the difference between benefits and costs,the initial strategy and the intensity of the external environment,that is,the larger the difference,the higher the initial strategy,the stronger the effect of the external environment,and the more the stakeholder behavior tends to {participation,use} strategy.Under the situation of the evolution game among the government,construction enterprises and the public,the government and the public should strengthen cooperation,and actively supervise and guide the construction enterprises to reasonably deal with urban construction and demolition waste.The punishment of construction enterprises,government subsidies and active participation of the public can effectively promote the utilization of resources.When recycling enterprises carry out cooperative innovation,under the same policy situation,the increase in the number of recycling enterprises in the market can better stimulate the vitality of recycling technology innovation.Under the effect of the market mechanism,benefit distribution and synergistic benefit have a significant influence on the innovation cooperation behavior of recycling enterprises,but the spillover benefit has little influence,and the optimal solution is different with different network sizes.Under the control of the government,the government subsidy coefficient has a threshold value between(0.3 and 0.4).Government support can effectively encourage enterprises to carry out resource technology innovation.Reasonable punishment for breach of contract can guarantee the sustainable and stable operation of innovation cooperation of recycling enterprises. |
