| In the context of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization,China’s green development path is an inevitable choice.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,a large amount of construction waste is generated every year in new construction,demolition and renovation projects.The disposal methods of open-air storage and simple landfill not only waste a lot of land resources,but also cause environmental problems such as land,water and air pollution.Government departments have issued a series of laws,regulations and guidance on the disposal and management of construction waste,actively encouraging the development of lightweight,recycling and harmless construction waste,but the construction waste recycling industry is still developing slowly,and it has not been able to form a large-scale industry.The heavy financial pressure and lack of professional production skills and management experience have made it difficult for government departments to carry out construction waste recycling.Therefore,in the context of the country’s active promotion of the PPP model,combining construction waste recycling plants with the PPP model can not only ease the financial pressure on government departments to a certain extent.It can also drive social capital to participate in project management and improve the operation and management efficiency of PPP projects.Based on the theoretical guidance of the policy documents of the PPP model,the thesis first analyzes and studies the development status of construction waste recycling projects and related issues related to interest coordination based on field investigations and literature data analysis.The thesis first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of construction waste treatment in combination with domestic and foreign research documents,and analyzes the feasibility of construction waste regeneration treatment PPP projects in combination with the current situation of the application of the PPP model in my country.Secondly,based on the stakeholder theory,it analyzes the stakeholders involved in the construction waste recycling PPP project,combining field research and literature data to clarify the key factors that affect the benefit coordination of the construction waste recycling PPP project.Furthermore,the construction waste collection and sorting evolutionary game model and the recycling and reuse evolutionary game model are constructed to solve the replication dynamic equation,combined with the progressive stability analysis to study the best behavior strategy and evolutionary stability strategy of each game subject.And based on the evolutionary game model to establish a system dynamics simulation model,refer to literature and time factors for model parameter assignment and model simulation analysis,with the help of Matlab and Vensim software to draw the behavior strategy evolution path diagram and evolution trend diagram.Finally,based on the analysis results of the evolutionary game model and the system dynamics simulation model,policy recommendations to promote the development of construction waste recycling PPP projects are put forward.The evolutionary game model and system dynamics simulation model constructed in the paper can truly reflect the market operation rules of construction waste recycling PPP projects to a certain extent,and provide decision-making reference for government departments to formulate relevant laws and regulations and guidance on construction waste recycling.In order to promote the prosperity of my country’s construction waste recycling industry and promote the development of circular economy. |
