The report to the 19 th National Congress pointed out that the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.As a strategic pillar industry of the national economy,tourism is located at the top of the "Five happiness products",which can precisely meet people’s needs for a better life.The emergence of ecotourism is the result of the continuous improvement of human civilization and the deeper understanding of nature.The rapid development of eco-tourism not only promotes the implementation of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies,but also improves environmental quality,promotes ecological civilization construction,optimizes economic structure and increases employment opportunities.However,the stakeholders of eco-tourism are more complex than those of other industries,and the uneven distribution of interests is easy to cause various disputes,which will restrict the development of tourism to some extent.Therefore,by integrating the internal and external factors of tourism,the study on the complex game relationship of ecotourism stakeholders and the influence of consumers on the evolution path and diffusion law of ecotourism strategy plays an important role in promoting the healthy development of tourism,further tapping the development potential of tourism ecotourism and promoting the sustainable development of economy.The existing literature mainly focuses on the community residents’ problems of ecotourism,and few studies the interest coordination mechanism through the game of ecotourism stakeholders.With the development of national economy and the improvement of national consumption level,the scale of green consumers is gradually expanding.There is no research on how the change of consumer environmental awareness affects the diffusion rate of ecotourism strategy.Therefore,based on the interest conflicts among the core stakeholders of ecotourism,this paper studies the dynamic evolutionary game of three dimensions,analyzes the evolutionary stability strategy and replication dynamics of ecotourism,and calculates the equilibrium stability point.On the other hand,this paper combines the internal and external factors of tourism and uses the complex network game method to study the evolution path and diffusion rule of consumers’ eco-tourism strategy.Mainly through literature research,national policy interpretation,statistical analysis methods,dynamic evolutionary game and complex network evolutionary game research methods to carry out the work.1)Interpret and visualize the current development status and eco-tourism resources based on thermal map,social network analysis and TF-IDF(word frequence-inverse file frequency);2)The core stakeholders of ecotourism are divided into three dimensions:administrative supervision,service supply and tourism consumption.On this basis,the dynamic evolutionary game study was carried out,and the ESS(evolutionary stability strategy)and RD(replication dynamics)of ecotourism core stakeholders were analyzed from three dimensions,and the equilibrium stability points were calculated.3)Considering the complex characteristics of tourism network,complex topology is incorporated into the modeling process of ecotourism strategy.Taking Chongqing ecotourism data as an example,modeling and simulation are conducted to analyze the influence of consumers on the diffusion of environmental tourism strategy.Through the above research,several conclusions can be drawn: 1)Ecotourism resources are mainly concentrated in the north and south of China.However,due to the conflict of interests among ecotourism stakeholders and the blind development of ecotourism without considering the internal and external factors of tourism,social conflicts and environmental deterioration have occurred repeatedly in recent years.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the evolutionary game of ecotourism stakeholders and how to spread ecotourism strategies;2)Stakeholders of eco-tourism include government management agencies at all levels,tourism research institutions,industry associations,tourism enterprises,community residents and consumers.Through the establishment of administrative supervision(government management agencies at all levels,tourism teaching and research institutions,industry associations),service providers(tourism enterprises,local community residents)and tourism consumers(consumers)three dynamic evolutionary game,to analyze the strategic choice of each party.The "intervention" strategy chosen by the administrative regulator is a strong guarantee to ensure the balance of the three parties.3)Based on the evolutionary game of tourism enterprises,the complex tourism network topology is incorporated into the process of ecotourism strategy diffusion modeling.The proposed ecotourism strategy diffusion model is simulated and analyzed on two typical complex networks(small-world network and scale-free network).The results show that increasing the connections between enterprises in the network is beneficial to the diffusion of ecotourism strategies;Green consumers are the decisive factor of ecotourism strategy diffusion;The indifference curve determined by the proportion of green consumers and the proportion of white consumers makes the equilibrium diffusion of small-world network and scale-free network equal on the indifference curve.To this end,the administrative regulator should encourage the service provider to build its reputation through honest operation.Although tourism consumers are the practitioners of the whole eco-tourism industry,they are in a weak position and do not dominate.The administrative aspect can guide the consumers to support the development of ecotourism by increasing the reward to the consumers who support the development of ecotourism.From the external factors of the industry,improving consumers’ awareness of environmental protection is a key factor to promote the proliferation of ecotourism strategies.Considering the internal factors of the tourism industry,strengthening the network links between enterprises may be another option to promote the proliferation of ecotourism strategies.In this paper,the main innovation points of ecotourism game research from a complex perspective are as follows: 1)Proposed the dynamic evolutionary game model of three ecotourism stakeholder groups.Previous research results mainly focus on the pair game.This paper integrates government management agencies at all levels,tourism research institutions,industry associations,tourism enterprises,community residents and consumers into ecotourism stakeholders from three dimensions of administrative regulation,service supply and tourism consumption,and analyzes the ESS(evolutionary stability strategy),RD(replicator dynamics)and equilibrium points of the three group games.2)In this paper,the internal factors of tourism are incorporated into the ecotourism strategy modeling,the complex network and evolutionary game model are combined,the proportion of consumers and network topology variables are added,and the network evolutionary game model of ecotourism strategy diffusion is established.Solve the problem of how ecotourism strategies spread in the tourism industry under the influence of consumers.
