Research On Identification And Behavior Control Of Coal Mine Unsafe Workers

In recent years,the coal production safety situation in China improved obviously,but there is still a big gap with developed countries.The coal mine accidents have been painful experience.In the final analysis,employee's unsafe behavior is the direct cause of the accident.However,the key to management and unsafe behavior control of coal mine workers is the identification and behavior control of coal mine unsafe workers.Based on the theory of accident cause and unsafe behavior,this paper analyzes the working characteristics of coal mine workers and refers to the existing classification and identification criteria of the coal mine unsafe workers,classifies the coal mine unsafe workers.Based on the evaluation indexes of unsafe behaviors selected by various scholars,the main indexes of identifying the coal mine unsafe workers are determined and the survey scale on identifying the coal mine unsafe workers is designed.Through questionnaire survey,the index system of identifying the coal mine unsafe workers is established and the measurement indexes are divided into four dimensions:pressure and management,safety consciousness,physical function and working ability.Using structural equation modeling,the influence relationship between identification indexes is studied,and the structural equation model of identification indexes for identifying the coal mine unsafe workers is established.The index weights of identifying the coal mine unsafe workers are determined by principal component analysis and factor analysis,and the comprehensive score calculation formula of the coal mine unsafe workers is determined,and the workers' levels of safety are classified.Based on the indexes dimensions,this paper puts forward the behavior control countermeasures of the coal mine unsafe workers in four aspects(pressure regulation and safety management,safety culture management,workers 'health and workers' working ability).Considering the actual situation of the coal mine and analyzing the requirements of the coal mine unsafe workers management information system,this paper designs the B/S information system.This paper is a systematic exploration of the identification and behavior control of the coal mine unsafe workers,which is of great significance to the accident prevention and production safety in coal mines.
