In recent years,the Chinese government has vigorously promoted the renovation of old urban communities to improve the living standards of the people and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.However,the renovation of old urban communities has problems such as confusion of construction site personnel and many potential safety hazards.The influencing factors of construction safety in the renovation of old urban communities are studied,so as to construct an early warning model of safety status of influencing factors of construction safety(hereinafter referred to as the early warning model)and a construction safety monitoring platform.By constructing an early warning model and a construction safety monitoring platform,it is of certain practical significance to realize the safety control of the renovation of old urban communities and ensure the goal of zero on-site safety accidents.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the current situation of the renovation of old urban communities and the occurrence of safety accidents in China,the causes of safety accidents in the renovation of old urban communities are found,and methods are proposed to control the influencing factors of construction safety.(2)Through literature research,case analysis and operation content analysis,the factors influencing the safety of the renovation of old urban communities were preliminarily selected;On this basis,through the "expert interview method" to add,delete and modify the influencing factors initially selected,the influencing factors of the safety of the renovation of 4 categories and 39 old urban communities were finally determined.(3)By analyzing the correlation between the influencing factors of the safety of the renovation of old urban communities,the important influencing factors of the safety of the renovation of old urban communities were determined and an early warning model was constructed: the DEMATE method was used to analyze the correlation of each influencing factor to determine the important influencing factors of the safety of the renovation of old urban communities;The fuzzy cognitive map method is used to evaluate and analyze the causal relationship between important influencing factors and between important influencing factors and construction safety,and an early warning model is constructed to monitor the safety status of each concept node after dynamic simulation,and identify unsafe influencing factors according to the safety status situation,issue reasonable early warnings,realize early warning and monitoring of unsafe influencing factors,and propose construction safety control measures as the control point.(4)Based on the important influencing factors of the construction safety of the renovation of old urban residential areas,and relying on Revit secondary development technology,a construction safety monitoring platform covering all important influencing factors is built to monitor and control the influencing factors of construction safety.(5)The construction safety monitoring platform and early warning model are jointly applied to the renovation project of cell A,monitor the safety status of the construction safety influencing factors of the 6 and 7 buildings of the renovation project of the A community after dynamic simulation,identify the influencing factors of insecurity according to the simulated safety state,issue reasonable early warnings,and propose precontrol measures to test the construction safety control effect of the platform and model,so as to realize the monitoring and control of the influencing factors of construction safety.
