For construction enterprises,construction safety is very important,because the occurrence of safety accidents can easily lead to personal safety injury and economic loss.With the enhancement of the degree of construction mechanization,the type and quantity of the construction machinery and equipment are increasing,and the problems of the construction site are easily caused by the reasons of the construction machinery equipment itself and the disharmony of the work management of the construction machinery and equipment,so it should be eliminated or reduced in the movement of the construction.Risk factors in the construction machinery work process strengthen the safety management of mobile construction machinery in the field.This thesis first introduces the present research status of the site safety management of construction machinery at the present stage.Based on the purpose of this study,the research on the anti-collision algorithm is briefly introduced.At the same time,the design ideas and process of this thesis are expounded.To prevent the construction machinery from entering the risk area,the AABB encircling box algorithm is adopted for the possible risk situation.Based on the characteristics of the construction machinery,the encircling box algorithm is improved.The location coordinates of the construction machinery are obtained by the wireless positioning device,and the encircling box is designed for the mechanical head and the tail,and the design of the safety box is designed.The whole early warning algorithm is combined with the safety management regulations of the construction site to design the early warning safety distance,and a safety warning model for mobile construction machinery based on the risk area is constructed.In this thesis,through the design scene,combined with the different position of the construction machinery and the risk area in the field,the thesis analyzes the early warning state of the construction machinery,and gives the judging methods for each state,and designs a security model algorithm suitable for the pre-alarm during the construction of the construction site.The early warning algorithm is realized through MATLAB,and the results show that the effective results of security early warning can be obtained through data simulation for all early warning situations.It is proved that the designed security early-warning model algorithm can effectively predict the safety early warning for the construction site. |
