Research On The Development Of Carbon Fiber Industry Cluster In Jilin Province

Industrial cluster is a hot spot of regional economic development at home and abroad.Through the development of industrial clusters with regional competitive advantages,strong regional or international competitive advantages are formed,which promotes the innovation and development of regional economy.As an industry with high technical content and high added value,carbon fiber industry has become an emerging leading industry in Jilin Province ’s "14th Five-Year" development plan.The carbon fiber industry in Jilin Province urgently needs to use the existing advantages and industrial base to build a large-scale and influential industrial cluster by extending the industrial chain,so as to give full play to its advantages and seize new development opportunities.However,there are still some problems in the development of carbon fiber industry cluster in Jilin Province,such as low concentration of industrial cluster,weak application of downstream industry chain,weak ability of scientific and technological innovation,and low degree of specialization.Therefore,this paper takes the research of industrial cluster as the breakthrough point,and analyzes the conditions of the development of carbon fiber industrial cluster in Jilin Province by using the related theories of industrial cluster,industrial chain and "diamond model".The development status of carbon fiber industry and its cluster at home and abroad is analyzed,which lays a certain foundation for the research of this paper.Then it focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the carbon fiber industry cluster in Jilin Province,and draws the favorable conditions and shortcomings of the development of the carbon fiber industry cluster in Jilin Province.Using the "diamond model" theory,this paper deeply analyzes the industrial competitiveness of carbon fiber in Jilin Province.It is concluded that the development of carbon fiber industry cluster in Jilin Province has both competitive advantages and competitive disadvantages,and there is still a clear gap with Jiangsu,Shandong,Guangdong and other provinces.On the whole,if we want to realize the sustainable development of carbon fiber industry cluster in Jilin Province and improve its growth ability,the key is to put forward targeted optimization paths and countermeasures for the development of carbon fiber industry cluster in Jilin Province.Therefore,the optimization path proposed in this paper is mainly based on technological innovation as the guide,industrial structure optimization as the focus,and cooperation mechanism improvement as the driving force to form an interactive cluster development path.At the same time,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening top-level design,strengthening policy guidance,improving technical ability,extending industrial chain and expanding talent team,in order to more effectively enhance the competitiveness of carbon fiber industry cluster development in Jilin Province,accelerate the construction of "China Carbon Valley",and lead the rapid economic growth of Jilin Province.
