Among them, thedisposal of previous years, storage capacity of1,576,400tons; dumping of discarded a total of148,300tons, accounting for0.09%of total industrial solid waste.In2007in Jilin Province,the total quantity of industrial solid waste was173million tons;the total quantity of industrial solid waste storage was148.50milliontons,accounting for85.71%of the total quantity of industrial solid waste in Jilinprovince.The quantity of Jilin area was9.64million tons,the highest in Jilinprovince.The comprehensive processing index of industrial solid waste in Jilin was14.20,which meant a small amount of industrial solid waste was properlytreated.While the index in Changchun area was71.19,much higher than other areas inJilin.Establishing an industrial solid waste recycling and processing centre cored withChangchun and the Jilin area,would promote the utilization of industrial solidwaste,which would not only increase the social and economic benefits,but alsoeffectively prevent environmental pollution.
