| With the development of economic globalization,iron and steel enterprises are faced with the problems,such as fierce market competition,low degree of specialization,low added value of products and so on.As the main body of the company’s value creation,the common employees’ good working attitude and style can help to enhance the vitality,innovation ability and market competitiveness of the enterprise and stimulate the enthusiasm of the common employees is a major issue faced by the enterprise.So this study adopts various methods such as on-site research and questionnaire distribution to explore the existing problems in the current incentive system,and analyze the causes of these problems.Then propose improvement suggestions for common employees incentive system is to promote the further development of the company in the future.Firstly,this study provides a detailed discussion on optimizing employee incentive systems from the perspectives of research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research content and methods,relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of motivation,etc.It deeply explores how to optimize and design employee incentive systems to have the positive impact.Secondly,through the combination of multiple rounds of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,first-hand information and data on the common employee incentive system of the Yanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd will be collected.The analysis of the data indicates that the Yanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.has practical problems such as low promotion space for common employees,weak incentive effect of performance evaluation on employees and lack of flexibility of salary system.Then after analyzing the reasons of above problems and the actual situation of Yanshan Iron and Steel Company,the optimization design will be proposed from five aspects: career,salary,performance and enterprise culture.Finally,this study puts forward four guarantee measures such as institutional system,organizational structure,enterprise culture and finance,which will ensure the effective implementation of the incentive system for common employees of the company. |
