| X company as a manufacturing enterprise needs to constantly and quickly develop new products to occupy market to maintain a leading position in the fierce competition.While meeting the functional diversity and low-cost requirements of new products,shortening the R & D project cycle has become an important work for X company to improve R & D department performance.This is also the general need for manufacturing enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.Through the analysis of new products R & D projects of X company in recent years,the problems in the design concept stage were the main reasons for product function defects,poor performance and overall project delay.For new and complex products development,there was a lack of systematic and logical analysis approach in the process of initial design scheme,and no effective method of generating innovative technical solution for bottleneck or contradiction problems,and resulted in repeating testing,trial and delay of the overall R & D schedule.For the problems in the process of product design,Axiomatic design,TRIZ and other design approaches were introduced into the product scheme design based on researching of the design theory and method to improve the systematicness of the design process,enhance the innovative design ability and comprehensively increase the success probability of the design scheme(1)Based on the axiomatic design theory,establishes the hierarchical decomposition framework of design scheme and identifies potential design problems in advance to build logical design process from customer requirements to the technical solution in detail.After making out the design scheme,the functional modules are divided according to the functional flow model,which lays the foundation for concurrent working of detailed design and testing in next processing.(2)The technology evolution rule and innovation tool in TRIZ approach is combined into axiomatic design process to ensure the overall advanced nature of product scheme,and guides designers to make out creative solutions when solving the problems of decoupling and constraint,and avoid the inefficient effect caused by disordered divergent thinking.The new design method was applied to the new product development project in X Company,which improves the product development efficiency,shortens the R&D projects time and achieves good results.With the application of new design methods in more projects and the continuous improvement of R & D capacity,the competitiveness of enterprises will continue to be enhanced. |
