Assembly line is the central part in many links of manufacturing. Therefore, the designof an assembly line becomes of the highest importance. The design includes many contents,such as assembly line balancing, route design of logistics, resource allocation plan, facilitylayout, topological analysis and so on. Assembly line balancing will undoubtedly occupy avery important position in these designs in that it directly affects the efficiency of theassembly line and the ability that enterprises receive orders. The choice of auto assembly line is determined byaxiomatic design theory and lean production concept, aiming at building a concrete assemblyline model based on axiomatization.3、Balance is the main point in assembly design.
