With the progress of science and technology,in order to improve the efficiency of rescue work after disasters and reduce the damage to people caused by disasters,reduce the rescue time,many countries in the world have made a lot of research and investment on underground rescue robots.However,most of the underground rescue robots are overlapping functions,lacking of overall and systematic industrial design,resulting in poor appearance and low user satisfaction,which makes it difficult to meet the needs.In order to improve users’ satisfaction with mine rescue robots and realize user demand-driven conceptual design of rescue robots,this paper will study TRIZ evolutionary theory.Firstly,a functional innovation model based on TRIZ evolutionary theory is constructed;secondly,a list of user needs is obtained through questionnaire survey,user interviews and scenario analysis,and the functional requirements of mine rescue robot are sorted out,and the existing problems of product functions are summarized;thirdly,the basic direction of functional evolution is determined by choosing appropriate evolutionary law of demand,and the evolution is based on demand.Based on the results of the correlation matrix of functional evolution,the evolutionary state of functions is determined,and the function evolutionary set is generated according to the direction of demand evolution and the mode of function evolution.The product functional modules are constructed,and the function evolutionary set is optimized to obtain the evolutionary results of functional modules.Finally,the conceptual design is carried out according to the product design rules,and the best scheme is obtained through design evaluation.In this paper,TRIZ evolutionary theory is introduced into the conceptual design of mine rescue robot.On the one hand,the application of TRIZ evolutionary theory in product design is discussed,and a functional innovation model based on TRIZ evolutionary theory is constructed.On the other hand,the shortcomings of existing mine rescue robot design are investigated and analyzed,and the conceptual design is carried out.In the future,the functional requirements of mine rescue robots under extreme conditions will be studied in depth.It is hoped that the research of this topic can provide reference for the further development of mine rescue robots.
