Nowadays,the problems caused by the conflict between work and life have become more and more prominent.Research on this problem has gradually increased.The urgency is gradually increasing.Harmonious development of work-family relationships and balanced relationships can effectively promote the common development of individuals and enterprises.This article takes the overseas petroleum industry employees as the research object,and explores their work-life balance through literature research,combined with personnel interviews and questionnaires.Investigating its current situation,summarizing its existing problems,sorting out the factors that affect the balance of work-family relationships among overseas oil workers,and conducting in-depth research on the interaction mechanism.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The work nature of overseas oil employees is monotonous,boring,highintensity work,and extremely lack of non-work life,so the imbalance between work and life is very prominent.2.It is common for large overseas oil companies to implement related systems such as flexible work to balance the work and life of employees,while small and medium-sized companies rarely implement it.3.The work-family relationship balance of overseas oil workers is significantly affected by the two factors of “the number of elderly people in their homes” and “the time spent communicating with their families”.4.Married young men over 27 years old are the main force of overseas oil workers.They lack life experience.Facing boring overseas life and high-intensity work,most of them lack the ability to plan work and life reasonably,so their workfamily relationship The balance is not optimistic.Finally,according to the analysis results,based on the perspective of human resource management,this paper puts forward two perspectives of enterprise organizational framework and enterprise personnel management to help improve the balance of employees’ work life relationship,so as to affect and improve employees’ work enthusiasm,so as to reduce the employment cost of enterprises. |
