| With the tightening of eco-environmental protection policies,sand and gravel aggregate companies continue to eliminate,shut down,and suspend production for rectification due to lack of environmental protection equipment,non-compliant dust emission standards,private digging and random mining and other green environmental reasons.K company needs to strip the rock and soil overburden before mining.Because the original rock discharge plan cannot be smoothly discharged,it seriously restricts the iron ore output.K company intends to use the useful components in the stripped rock and soil to produce sand and gravel aggregates for sale.Rock discharge problem.In order to ensure the continuity of rock discharge,it is necessa ry to make the project run smoothly,K company decided to build a sand and gravel aggregate project under the concept of green development,guided by ecological and environmental protection issues.This thesis takes K company’s sand and gravel aggregate pr oject as the research object,uses the green development concept to guide the project construction,and explores whether the construction plan guided by the green development concept is feasible.This thesis first established the three-level construction path framework of the K company’s sand and gravel aggregate project,borrowing from the implementation of the green development concept of industrial enterprises,to make up for the shortcomings of the sand and gravel aggregate industry,and in-depth analysis of the current situation of the sand and gravel aggregate enterprises.,Summing up its practices,experiences and lessons,and perfecting the framework content based on the background of K company and the status quo of the project.Based on the two key points of economy and environment included in the concept of green development,the project construction goal was proposed;the project construction plan was obtained by analyzing the plan with professional and management tools.The five evaluation indicators of waste gas and waste water are compared with the standard for environmental protection evaluation,and then combined with the benefit evaluation,so as to obtain benefits from the environment,realize the construction plan of environmental protectio n in the process of realizing benefits,and truly practice the concept of green development.The results show that the wastewater,solid waste,noise,and soil of the project meet the emission requirements.The difficulty of the project in controlling pollutants is dust.The predicted emission concentration of equipment particulate matter is controlled within 1.5mg/m3,which is 15%of the regional industry limit.The emission concentration of particulate matter reaches the milligram level,which is far less than the requirement of 0.5mg/m3.The maximum PM10 emission concentration in particulate matter is22.63μg/m3,which is 5%of the emission limit.The maximum concentration of TPS is 71.15μg/m3,which is 7.1 of the limit.%,PM10 and TSP emission concentration levels exceed the requirements of the second-level standard and reach the first-level standard.After benefit evaluation,the comprehensive project can solve the rock discharge problem,and the economic benefit of the project is feasible. |
