Research On The Historical Evolution And Practical Innovation Of The Concept Of Green Development Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

At present,global ecological problems are seriously restricting the sustainable development of human society.How to transform from the traditional "black" development to sustainable "green" development has attracted the attention of all countries.Therefore,each country starts from its own actual development situation,summarizes the theoretical basis and practical experience of all parts of the world,and proposes and develops the concept of green development with its own characteristics,so as to solve the realistic constraint of ecological resources and environment and realize the sustainable development of social economy in various countries.As the world 's largest developing country,China also faces the ecological reality of tight resource constraints and high consumption,severe environmental pollution damage,and frequent natural disasters.However,as the country continues to promote the coordinated development of economic development and ecological construction,promote the green transformation of economic development methods,accelerate the construction of ecological civilization,and gradually break down the constraints and bottlenecks of resources and the environment,the tension and contradiction between man and nature has been alleviated and improved.Since the reform and opening up,the party and the state have started from their own actual development situation,summarized the theoretical research results and practical experience and lessons at home and abroad,made scientific adjustment and planning for the relevant policies of ecological protection in different periods,and promoted the coordination and unity of economic development and ecological construction.After a long period of practical exploration,since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China has taken the reform of the ecological civilization system as an important part of deepening reform and opening up,and put forward the socialist construction "the five-sphere" integrated plan and the national strategic status of ecological civilization construction.It also puts forward five development concepts,and points out that the concept of green development is to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.These national strategic policies have enriched and developed the theory and practice of the concept of green development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The 19 th CPC National Congress points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the new era,China should build a modern pattern of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,meet the people's realistic needs for a better ecological environment and high-quality ecological products,and build a beautiful modern country.Based on this,we should further strengthen the theoretical and practical research on the concept of green development,which has important theoretical and practical value for building a socialist ecological civilization,following the path of green development with Chinese characteristics,and providing Chinese solutions to other countriesBased on the perspective of Marxist Sinicization research,this article conducts a comprehensive and systematic study of the Communist Party 's green development concept since the reform and opening up,and summarized the concept of green development started from breeds germination,the preliminary establishment,development,deepen the process of perfecting a complete history of formation,profoundly revealed the understanding of the concept of green development theory of the Communist Party of China.In addition,this paper takes the concept of green development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as the theme,and summarizes eight core contents of the concept of green development in the new era and analyzes the specific difficulties of China's current promotion of green development.Combining the analysis of content and dilemma,it further analyzes the practice path of the party and the country to promote green development from the economic,institutional,cultural,social,and international levels,which provides a practical direction for the establishment of socialist ecological civilization,and also provides Chinese solutions and Chinese wisdom for the theory and practice of green development in other countries.
