Research On People-centered Green Development Concept

Green development is to pay attention to the people’s new expectations for a better ecological environment and to promote the harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature,which is one of the essential requirements of Chinese-style modernization.The people-centered green development concept requires us to safeguard the people’s green rights and interests,realize the people’s green needs and develop the people’s green life as the starting and ending points of green development,which not only answers the basic question of "for whom and on whom",but also answers the question of "how to achieve high-quality development" under the constraints of resources and environment.It also answers the question of "how to achieve high-quality development" under the constraints of resources and environment,and reflects the firm stance of the Chinese Communist Party of putting the people at the center and its original intention and mission of seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation.This study is divided into four major parts:The first part is to explain the practical reasons and the theoretical origin of the green development concept.The theoretical origins of the green development concept include the dialectical drawing from the ancient Chinese simple ecological wisdom,the critical transcendence of the ecological development concept in the Western ecological thinking and the inheritance and development of the Marxist concept of nature.In the second part,the exploration history of the people-centered green development concept since the founding of New China is reviewed: first,the emergence of the people’s position on green development(1949—1978);second,the promotion of the people’s position on green development(1978—1992);third,the development of the people’s position on green development(1978—1992);and third,the development of the people’s position on green development.1992);Third,the development of the people’s stand on green development(1992—2002);Fourth,the rise of the people’s stand on green development(2002—2011);Fifth,the sublimation of the people’s stand on green development(2012—now).These five stages are in line with each other.These five stages are successive and successive,constantly opening up a new realm of people-centered green development concept.The third part discusses the essence of the people-centered green development concept.It grasps the theoretical thrust,theoretical connotation and exploration on the practical dimension of people-centered green development in essence,as a whole and in multiple directions.In the fourth part,the practical path of the people-centered green development concept is analyzed.The practical path of the people-centered green development concept is analyzed in terms of cultivating the green development concept of the social public,upgrading the green production capacity of industrial entities,accumulating the green cultural heritage of social institutions,and compacting the green construction responsibility of government organizations.People-centered development is the main thread that runs through the report of the 20 th Party Congress,and green development is the distinctive color of high-quality development.The people-centered green development concept highlights the core position in the overall situation of ecological civilization construction in the new era,and also points out the precise direction for the construction of ecological civilization in the new journey,which follows the logic of historical materialism,answers the core question of "for whom" and meets the people’s demand for a better life.The people-centered green development concept escorts people’s good life with a good ecological environment,embodies the practice of green for the people,green for the people and green for the people,and injects a strong impetus into the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.
