Since the party’s 18,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has profoundly summed up the law of the development of human civilization,and the party’s 19 major reports have identified "Xi Jinping’s socialist thought of Chinese characteristics in the new Era",and further clarified that the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is "five-in Emphasis on firm road confidence,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence,cultural self-confidence,to promote China’s green development road more and more broad.Green development is a harmonious coexistence between man and nature,so that green assets continue to proliferate the process,the ultimate goal is to make people’s green welfare continue to increase.Green assets are the direct result of green development,the material carrier of green welfare,the study of the concept of green assets,morphological analysis,realization path and practical application is very necessary,for promoting China’s green development,building a beautiful China,to achieve the people’s pursuit of a better life is of great significance.This paper first focuses on the formation and development of green assets,the emergence of green assets has experienced a long accumulation,through the relevant views of Marx’s ecological philosophy,the concept of green assets in Western countries and China’s green asset practice exploration,the concept of green assets redefined.Green assets are closely related to the ecological environment and human economic and social culture,which are common to the public and can promote harmonious coexistence between people and society,people and economy,man and nature,and between man and culture,guarantee the economic,social and cultural security of human society,and guarantee the ecological and environmental security of nature,Can promote the better survival and development of human beings of all kinds of high-quality assets.At the same time,it is concluded that the characteristics of green assets are interactive,open and transferable,holistic and diverse,effective and public welfare.The second part of this paper focuses on the main content and manifestations of green assets,green assets include green economic assets,green social assets,green cultural assets and green ecological assets four parts of the content.Green assets expand from the original single economic development to the social,cultural and ecological fields ofexpression,to achieve the rich and epitaxial form of green assets,in order to achieve economic,social,cultural and ecological aspects of continuous proliferation,green assets sustainable,recyclable development of the continuation,and ultimately achieve the maximization of human green welfare.At the end of this paper,the realization path and application countermeasure of green assets are analyzed,and the realization of green assets is based on the development of green economy and the basic guarantee of green assets realization.The carrier of green assets is to create a green society,which is the objective condition requirement of green asset development;The power of Green asset realization is to develop green culture,Is the spiritual food for the sustainable development of green assets;The realization of Green asset goal is to adhere to the green ecological development,is the objective requirement of green assets.Through the concrete case of Beijing,this paper analyzes the application of green assets in practice,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to play a greater role in the economic,social,cultural and ecological development of green assets.Let the concept of green assets take root,and constantly create high-quality green assets,so that green assets continue to improve,for human use and inheritance,to meet the needs of the people of the new era yearning for a better life.
