Climate change is a global issue facing mankind and has become a non-traditional security threat.Countries around the world have adopted a global agreement on reducing greenhouse gas emissions,but China has put forward the ambitious goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality.In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,“actively yet prudently promote carbon peak and carbon neutrality”.Since the country put forward the “Belt and Road”initiative,it has occupied an important position.At the present stage,the Belt and Road is in a new economic development pattern,and it always maintains a development mode of comprehensive opening and connectivity.With the development of tourism in provinces along the Belt and Road,a large number of logistics demands will be stimulated.Transportation,as an important component of tourism activities,is the main source of tourism carbon emissions.In the face of the ambitious goal of systematic upgrading into a new period of energy transformation and carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,how to reduce the carbon emissions of regional tourism transportation and maintain the dynamic balance between environmental load and carbon dioxide emissions is a research issue with important timeliness and urgency.First of all,this paper describes the research background,content and significance of tourism transport carbon emissions in provinces along the Belt and Road,and reviews the domestic and foreign research on tourism transport carbon emissions,which mainly includes three aspects,namely tourism carbon emissions,tourism transport carbon emissions and influencing factors of tourism transport carbon emissions.Then the research methods and technical roadmap used in this paper are introduced.In addition,relevant concepts of carbon emissions from tourism transportation are explained and relevant theories for reference are sorted out to provide theoretical basis for the following research.Secondly,this paper uses the “ bottom-up ” calculation method to conduct a quantitative analysis of tourism transport carbon emissions.Based on the calculation results,Arc GIS software is used to visualize the dynamic pattern of spatial and temporal evolution of tourism transport carbon emissions in provinces along the“Belt and Road”,and carry out an in-depth analysis of the current situation of tourism transport carbon emissions in provinces along the“Belt and Road”.This paper provides a reference for the analysis of regional differences and influencing factors of carbon emissions from tourism transportation.Finally,the Gini coefficient decomposition method is used to analyze the overall differences,inter-regional differences and intra-regional differences,and the reasons for the overall differences are summarized.The Tobit panel model of spatial metrology was used to analyze the mechanism of influence factors on carbon emissions from tourism transportation,and specific countermeasures for carbon emission reduction from tourism transportation were proposed according to the calculation results. |
