China is in a new stage of comprehensive high-quality development.The protective development of ecological resources and the realization of the value of ecological products are important elements of high-quality development.Systematic sorting and scientific assessment of ecological resources is a fundamental task for regional high-quality development.As the only national ecological civilization pilot area in the upper reaches of Yangtze River,Guizhou Province has an important position in national strategies such as "One Belt,One Road" and "Yangtze River Economic Belt".However,the uneven spatial and temporal distribution of ecological resources,ecological environmental protection and high-quality synergistic development,and higher ecological risks pose challenges to ecological resource protection,ecological resource development and rational utilization.Scientific identification of the distribution of ecological resources in Guizhou province and research on the coupled and coordinated relationship between ecological environment and high-quality development in Guizhou province are essential to achieve high-quality development in Guizhou province.This paper selects Guizhou as the research object and takes nine prefectures and cities in Guizhou Province as the research samples to identify and analyze the spatial and temporal patterns and coupled and coordinated development characteristics of ecological resources in Guizhou Province.First,ecological resources in Guizhou province are identified,and major ecological resources such as arable land,forest land,grassland and water resources are selected as evaluation indicators.Based on remote sensing data in 2000,2005,2010,2015 and2020,spatial analysis methods are comprehensively applied to reveal the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and evolution patterns of regional ecological resources.Secondly,the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of ecosystem service value and ecological risk in Guizhou Province were quantitatively evaluated based on the ecosystem service value model and ecological risk model using five periods of land use remote sensing monitoring data in 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2020,and the spatial correlation law of the two was calculated using a bivariate spatial autocorrelation model.Based on the connotation of ecological environmental protection and high-quality development in Guizhou Province,the evaluation index system of ecological environmental protection and high-quality development was constructed through the data of Guizhou Province from 2015 to 2019.The entropy value method and coupling coordination degree model are used comprehensively to analyze and evaluate the spatial and temporal coupling characteristics of ecological environmental protection and high-quality development on the basis of grasping the spatial and temporal characteristics of the two.Finally,based on the research results,suggestions are made for the construction of ecological civilization and high-quality development in Guizhou Province from three aspects: protective development of ecological resources,benign mutual promotion of ecological environmental protection and high-quality development,and construction of ecological security pattern.The research results show that:(1)Ecological resources in Guizhou province from 2000 to 2020 are divided into three stages,namely,degradation period(2000-2005),recovery period(2005-2015)and development period(2015-2020),and the ecological resources score shows an evolutionary trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The spatial distribution of ecological resources in Guizhou province shows a pattern of "high in the north and low in the middle",and the regional gradient of ecological resources distribution is significant.The land use types in Guizhou province are diverse,and the regional differences in land use structure are obvious.Guizhou Province has been improving its resource development and construction patterns,but the degree of ecological resource development and utilization is still low and ecological damage is serious.(2)During the study period,both ecological environmental protection and high quality development in Guizhou Province show a growing trend in time and a similar center-edge pattern in space,but they form a distinctive "misalignment" relationship.The overall coordination between ecological environmental protection and high quality development in Guizhou province is growing continuously,from "basic disorder" to "basic coordination",and the regional level shows a spatial pattern of "central > western > eastern " spatial pattern.(3)The value of ecosystem services in Guizhou Province from 2000 to 2020 can be divided into the development period(2000-2010)and the degradation period(2010-2020),with a spatial distribution pattern of "low at the center and high at the edges";the ecological risk index of Guizhou Province from 2000 to 2020 fluctuates less,and is of medium risk level.The global Moran index distribution of ecosystem service value and ecological risk in Guizhou province is more random and less spatially correlated.The above findings are synthesized,and recommendations are made in three aspects:protecting ecological resources,promoting ecological environmental protection and high-quality development,and building ecological security patterns.This study reveals the spatial and temporal patterns and inner laws of regional ecosystem service values and ecological directions,which help to promote regional sustainable development and high-quality development,provide a basis for decision-making on sustainable development and ecological environment policies in Guizhou Province,and also serve as a reference for the construction of ecological civilization and high-quality development in other provinces in the western region.
