| With the increasing problem of urban water lack, recycled water has obtained a favorable opportunity in the expansion of the expansion of the dry city areas, especially in municipal uses such as green irrigation, toilet flushing, and road flushing. However,on the one hand, the risk of recycled water application still has unknown, and some public still has doubts about the safety of recycled water for municipal reuse;on the other hand, the risk research of recycled water applications has obtained a large number of research results, but the main focus is through the passing through passing through.A single experimental quantitative study such as water quality inspection and composition analysis pointed out the risk effects of recycled water, which is relatively lacking to combine quantitative and directional analysis of the risk factors facing recycled water production, transmission and distribution, and terminal use. Therefore, this study focuses on municipal miscellaneous use and identifies the potential risks in the process of recycled water reuse and study risk prevention countermeasures. The main research content is as follows:First, identify the potential risks for municipal miscellaneous use. With the help of literature measurement methods, the literature in this field is used as the research data to determine the key research themes;use the theoretical research of rooting, and use realistic cases, policy requirements, and expert interviews as the preliminary risk identification list of original data.On this basis, two rounds of Delphi method conducted expert investigations, screening and supplementary risk factors.By a combination of quantitative and qualitative,24 potential risks are finally recognized.Second, evaluate the potential risk of recycled water for municipal miscellaneous use.Use hierarchical analysis to divide the risk factors into six dimensions.Through an expert survey of two or two comparisons of risk factors, the weight index weight is calculated, and the health and safety in the indicator layer in combination with the vague comprehensive evaluation method is combined. The water price mechanism, laws and regulations, incentive policies, public health, and water use costs in the factors are high-level risks.Third, build a potential risk network model for recycled water for municipal miscellaneous use to identify key risks and key risk paths.Based on social network analysis, determine the interaction relationship between risk factors, and build a risk network. Then the indicator evaluation methods was used social network analysis, analyze the key risks and key risk paths in the risk network, identify three key risks and multiple key risk paths represented by the public health of the public health.Fourth, study recycled water for potential risk prevention countermeasures for municipal miscellaneous use.Based on the results of risk level assessment and risk network models, the two ideas of prevention of preventing high-level risks and blocking key risks affecting the impact of prevention of high-level risks have been introduced.Contact the three precautions, and then formulate potential risk prevention countermeasures for recycled water for municipal miscellaneous use. |
