| As the most important energy supply for energy enterprises at present,coal plays a key role in the development of enterprises.With the rapid development of national economy,the demand for coal is also increasing.This leads to the imbalance between supply and demand,especially in terms of unit price,quality and transportation.As an important source of enterprise development,coal supply chain risk management has become extremely important.Generally,the coal supply chain risks of enterprises mainly come from the internal risks of enterprises and the external macro environment.If the risks cannot be effectively controlled,it may lead to insufficient coal supply and business risks.As a large coal enterprise in Hebei Province,JZEG’s lack of attention to risk identification and control often affects the normal operation of the coal supply chain.Therefore,strengthening the awareness of supply chain risk management and improving the supply chain risk management system have become the top priority in the development process of large state-owned coal enterprises represented by JZEG.This paper first expounds the research background and significance of the article,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,introduces the research purpose and main content of the article,and expounds the research methods and ideas used in the article.Secondly,the related concepts and theories of coal supply chain are briefly described,which lays the foundation for the following research.Thirdly,it analyzes the types of risks in the coal supply chain,and uses the SCOR model to analyze the direction of the planning process,procurement process,production process,distribution process,and return process in JZEG’s supply chain.Fourthly,on the basis of SCOR model,the paper constructs and evaluates the JZEG coal supply chain risk model,and finds that the overall evaluation score of JZEG is 0.648315,which has a large coal risk.Thirdly,a series of targeted measures of JZEG Company are formulated from three perspectives: risk control measures of JZEG Company’s coal supply chain based on SCOR model,risk management mechanism of JZEG Company’s coal supply chain,and risk management culture of JZEG Company’s coal supply chain.Finally,the research is summarized and prospected,pointing out that risk indicators should not be static,but should be dynamically adjusted according to the actual situation. |
