Currently,the energy problem has become an important problem that restricts social and economic development and sustainable development.Vigorously developing solar energy,geothermal energy,biomass energy and other renewable energy is the main way to solve the current contradiction between energy supply and demand.This article conducts research on the economy and carbon emissions of building energy to achieve the goal of accurately optimizing energy applications,and provides a reference for accurately optimizing energy applications.This paper investigates the resource status and transformation application technology of renewable energy across the country.Through the analysis of renewable energy and its transformation application technology,the energy transformation technology is screened.Finally,photovoltaic power generation technology,shallow geothermal heat pump technology,medium and deep heat transfer technology,biomass gasifier technology and air source heat pump technology are selected for research;Twelve typical cities were selected for research,including Harbin,Hohhot,Xining,Urumqi,Beijing,Lhasa,Xi’an,Shanghai,Wuhan,Chongqing,Kunming,and Guangzhou.Research the establishment of two models for office buildings and residential buildings in typical cities,and conduct energy consumption simulations for each type of building.Calculate the economy and carbon emissions of office and residential buildings using different energy technologies through energy consumption simulation.To further study building energy,this article starts from five aspects: economy,carbon emissions,technology,resource quantity,and policy.It uses Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to establish a comprehensive evaluation model for building energy,and uses expert scoring method to score the building energy in Xi’an,completing the comprehensive evaluation of building energy in Xi’an.This article also prioritizes the economic and carbon emissions of building energy conversion technologies in twelve typical cities,and draws graphs of the economic and carbon emissions performance of the same building energy in different regions,in order to present the results more intuitively.By studying the economy and carbon emissions of building energy,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation model of building energy,and uses this model to evaluate the building energy in Xi’an.The research results show that the ranking of building energy used in office buildings in Xi’an is: photovoltaic power generation technology,shallow geothermal heat pump technology,medium and deep heat transfer technology,air source heat pump technology,biomass gasifier technology;The ranking of building energy used for residential buildings in Xi’an is: medium and deep heat exchange technology,photovoltaic power generation technology,shallow geothermal heat pump technology,biomass gasifier technology,air source heat pump technology.In addition,this article will also rank the economy and carbon emissions of different energy technologies in the same typical city,and evaluate the suitability of energy conversion technologies in different cities,in order to achieve the goal of precise energy optimization.This has certain theoretical value and practical significance for the optimization,application,and promotion of building energy.
