Global climate change is a serious threat to human survival. In order to cope with global climate change and reduce carbon dioxide emissions, all countries have made corresponding measures to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.Germany as an old industrial power, its industrial development has been in the forefront of the world.Germany began to develop renewable energy in 1970 s.After the unification of Germany in 1990,Germany promoted the development of renewable energy more quickly by formulating relevant laws and regulations, effectively reduced the carbon emissions in the process of industrialization, and the relationship between renewable energy consumption and carbon emissions in the process of industrialization was worth discussing. The experience and enlightenment can provide reference for renewable energy utilization in China.Taking the data of carbon emissions from 1990 to 2014 in Germany as a sample, this article establishes the VAR model to study the dynamic relationship between carbon emissions, energy intensity, renewable energy occupation ratio and industrialization rate. And the impulse response function is used to judge the result, that each variable impact on carbon emissions. The variance contribution is used to analyze the contribution of each impact to the carbon emissions. The empirical results show that,in the short term, the increase in the proportion of renewable energy, the increase of energy intensity and the reduction of industrial rate can't lead to the reduction of industrial carbon emissions;however,in the long run,the above conditions can reduce the emissions of industrial carbon emissions. The impact of energy intensity on carbon emissions is a process of fluctuating up and down. The third phase reac hes a peak of 0.004.The effect of impact on carbon emissions has a certain time lag.The impact of energy intensity impact on carbon emissions is a relatively insensitive and transient process. The impact of renewable energy on the impact in the second period is up to 0.008.In general, the impact of renewable energy on carbon emissions has a long-term impact effect, the impact of industrialization rate impact on carbon emissions is not convergent,so I don't consider that in this paper.
