Different from traditional ecological restoration,territorial ecological restoration aims to improve the coordination and sustainability between human social system and ecological environmental system by taking the social-ecological system as the object of restoration.However,the existing spatial planning system neglects the intervention of social system,so it cannot point to the overall goal of improving ecosystem services and human well-being.Therefore,considering the social needs at the urban scale,the analysis of the coupling relationship between social and ecological system in the city can provide a reference for the optimization of the current territorial spatial planning system.As an area with strong interaction between natural process and human activity,Baoji City faces many problems.Human welfare level is the representation of social system health,and ecosystem service is an important bridge connecting ecological environment and human welfare.Research on the coupling relationship between the two can provide reference for Baoji City restoration space identification and index system optimization.Based on the regional characteristics of Baoji City,this study studied the coupling relationship between ecosystem services and human welfare based on the evaluation of ecosystem services and the quantitative evaluation of human welfare.Based on the coupled spatial pattern identification of problem areas,the main ecological problems and leading service functions in the region were analyzed,and then the optimization strategy of the planning strategy and index system was proposed.This study is divided into 6 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the background,research object and research object of this paper,summarizes the problems of scholars on the current territorial space planning system,and the optimization methods and empirical research on the spatial planning system.Finally,the research method,research content and the overall writing framework of this paper are determined.The second chapter is the research tools and technical route,in-depth study of key scientific issues,ecosystem service theory,society-ecosystem theory,human welfare theory and other relevant theories and analytical methods as the basic theory of this study,and based on this,put forward the research analysis framework and technical route.The third chapter is for Baoji City territorial ecological restoration planning system problem diagnosis and optimization framework construction,combined with the analysis of Baoji City ecological problems to further clarify the existing problems of the index system,with the help of the society-ecosystem theory to build an optimization framework.The fourth chapter studies the coupling relationship between ecosystem services and human welfare in Baoji City,sorts out the natural background and social and economic development status of Baoji City,uses the coupling coordination degree model to analyze and discuss the coupling coordination relationship between ecosystem services and human welfare in Baoji City and its townships,and identifies the key repair space based on the coupling spatial model.The fifth chapter is an example of the optimization of ecological restoration planning strategy and index system in Baoji City.It proposes the restoration target and index system for the regional ecological problems and social needs of Baoji City,and proposes the targeted restoration strategy for the key restoration space by combining the key services to supplement the characteristic indicators.Chapter six is the conclusion.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Construct the optimization framework of ecological restoration planning strategy and index system in Baoji City:Obtain the optimization approach of restoration planning from the coupling system perspective by combining the society-ecosystem theory.Evaluation of the coupling relationship between ecosystem services and human welfare in Baoji City in 2020:six kinds of ecosystem services including soil and water conservation,water conservation and biodiversity were selected for evaluation,and objective well-being indicators including six criteria levels of basic income,basic material,safety,health,good social relations and culture and education were selected to measure the level of human welfare in Baoji City.Based on the evaluation results of coupling coordination degree,this paper studied whether there was coordination relationship between ecosystem services and human welfare in each county of Baoji City,and summarized the incongruous regions into three spatial relationship models according to the specific regional services and well-being.Optimization of spatial ecological restoration strategy and index system in Baoji City:identification of key ecological restoration areas in Baoji City combined with coupled spatial relationship model.The index database was constructed through the supplement of the existing planning index system and the domestic excellent case index system,and the characteristic index of Baoji City was supplemented by the link of the leading service function of the restoration space.The ecological restoration planning index system covering the three dimensions of protection objectives,systematic restoration and comprehensive improvement was constructed,and the regional optimization strategy was proposed by combining the typical ecological problems and well-being level of the restoration area.
