In the process of economic development,logistics industry has gradually developed into one of the pillar industries of the national economy,which has brought convenience to the economic trade.However,with the development of logistics industry and economy,ecological environment as the space carrier of people’s survival,is facing a series of problems,and the coordinated development of logistics-economy-ecological environment has become an inevitable problem.In China,there are obvious regional differences in economic development,industrial development and the severity of pollution.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the forefront region of logistics and economic development,is also one of the regions with the most serious air pollution in China.Therefore,this paper uses the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model to evaluate and analyze the coupling and coordination relationship among logistics-economy-ecological environment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and puts forward development suggestions for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region according to the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pan-pearl River Delta region.On the basis of summarizing the research progress at home and abroad,this paper defines the related concepts of regional logistics,economy and ecological environment in chapter two.In chapter three this paper constructs the development level evaluation index system of regional logistics,economy and ecological environment subsystem,in chapter four taking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the empirical analysis object,this paper calculates the comprehensive evaluation index of its regional logistics,economy and ecological environment subsystem.The analysis results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of logistics subsystem in Hebei is relatively high;The comprehensive evaluation index of economic subsystem in Beijing is relatively high,while that in Hebei is rising by a large margin;The comprehensive evaluation index of ecological environment subsystem in Hebei has increased greatly.Next,this paper draws support from the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model,and analyzes the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree of logistics-economy-ecological environment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the result shows that the coupling degree of logistics-economy-ecological environment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has reached a high level;Beijing and Tianjin generally belong to logistics lag type,and Hebei belongs to economy lag type.In this paper,development of coupling coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is compared with that of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pan-pearl River Delta region from the dimension of time and space.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is lower than that of the Yangtze River Delta region in the process of time and space evolution.In the future development,Beijing-Hebei-Tianjin region should draw lessons from four aspects: the regional coordination mechanism,logistics coordinated development,the distribution of industrial structure and the construction of ecological environment.Finally,based on the above analysis,in the last chapter this paper puts forward coordinated development suggestions from four aspects: establishing the coordination mechanism of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,improving regional logistics integration,adjusting regional industrial structure and strengthening ecological environment protection.It is expected to provide theoretical reference for the coordinated development of logisticseconomy-ecological environment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and also provide reference for the coordinated development of logistics-economy-ecological environment in other urban agglomeration.
