| The aluminum industry is facing supply side structural reform,requiring a high position to plan a new pattern of "dual circulation",implementing national green and low-carbon development requirements with high standards,and how to achieve the target tasks of ensuring quality and quantity,innovation and efficiency,and assisting in enterprise transformation and reform are the main tasks faced by aluminum enterprises.Nowadays,good human resource management is a booster for enterprise success,and performance evaluation plays an important role as an effective tool for implementing and testing strategic goals.Due to the lagging characteristics and work achievements of employees in the aluminum industry,coupled with the new goals of reform and transformation,it is particularly important to develop effective performance evaluation methods based on employee characteristics in order to fully mobilize their initiative and enthusiasm.This article takes the warehousing and logistics center of Guangxi HY Aluminum Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,briefly summarizes the incentive theory and performance evaluation related theories,and combines qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the current performance evaluation status of employees in the warehousing and logistics center from five aspects: assessment scope and cycle,assessment standards,assessment indicators,assessment process and appeal,and application of assessment results in a reasonable and scientific manner,And using the methods of questionnaire survey and on-site interviews,a performance evaluation satisfaction survey was conducted on the employees of the center.The shortcomings of the performance evaluation of the warehouse logistics center employees of Guangxi HY Aluminum Company were recorded and organized,and the reasons were analyzed.On this basis,this article optimizes the performance evaluation of employees in the storage and logistics center of Guangxi HY Aluminum Industry Co.,Ltd.based on the current situation of performance evaluation,and applies MBO to decompose the company’s strategic goals;Design performance evaluation indicators using KPI and BSC assessment methods;Apply a 360 ° assessment method to comprehensively evaluate management personnel;Optimize the application of performance evaluation results using the hierarchical assessment method.At the same time,a more comprehensive assessment feedback communication and implementation process will be proposed,and corresponding guarantee measures will be proposed for the smooth implementation of the performance evaluation of the company’s warehousing and logistics center employees in the end.This article has certain theoretical value and practical reference significance for other enterprises in the same industry. |
