NC Company is affiliated to China Banknote Printing and Minting Group Co.,LTD.It is a modern banknote printing enterprise focusing on RMB printing,integrating high-end anti-counterfeiting printing,comprehensive cash services and monetary and cultural industry services.In recent years,the vigorous development of digital currency and electronic payment has brought huge challenges to the development of the banknote printing industry,and also presented new problems to NC Company,which has conservative management mode,rigid management system and lack of motivated employees.NC Company urgently needs to develop a scientific employee performance evaluation system to promote the continuous improvement of enterprise core competitiveness.On the one hand,individual performance can be enhanced and improved.On the other hand,management process and business process can be optimized indirectly,so as to ensure the realization of organizational strategic goals.This thesis aims to optimize the performance evaluation of NC Company employees.First of all,it introduces the background and practical significance of the research of this subject.Combined with the research and exploration of the development history and theory of performance evaluation by domestic and foreign scholars,as well as the practical conclusions of performance evaluation methods,it provides a reference direction for the research of this thesis.Through the questionnaire survey of NC Company’s employees,the data collected by senior executive interviews and other methods,the problems existing in the performance evaluation system of NC Company were analyzed,which were mainly unscientific performance evaluation indicators,inaccurate division of performance evaluation sequence,inadequate application of employee performance evaluation results and so on.In view of NC company’s performance evaluation problems,put forward a series of solutions.First,the balanced scorecard method is used to decompose NC company’s strategic objectives step by step.The key performance indicators were selected and determined by key performance indicators method,and the weight of each indicator was determined by subjective experience method.The second is to reasonably divide employee sequences for performance evaluation,and divide NC company employees into seven sequences.Third,strengthen the application of performance evaluation results.In the specific implementation of performance evaluation,the work of performance evaluation is constantly refined and standardized from the aspects of evaluation subject,evaluation cycle,evaluation implementation,analysis feedback,application of results,safeguard measures,etc.,so as to form a complete evaluation process.Employee performance evaluation is a long-term,continuous work.NC Company should explore the employee performance evaluation model suitable for the development of NC company on the basis of continuous optimization,accumulation and practice,and at the same time provide reference and reference for the employee performance evaluation in the banknote printing and minting industry.
