| As to packaging waste,using reverse logistics network to synthetically analyze packaging waste is an important way to solve the social and economic problems related to packaging waste recycling.Due to the lack of research in this area in China,based on the current situation of packaging waste recycling,this dissertation studies and analyzes the application of packaging waste reverse logistics network,taking Xi’an as a sample.Therefore,it provides a reference for theoretical research and method exploration of packaging waste recycling.The main research contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Three common recycling methods in the market are studied,including self-supported recycling by packaging manufacturers,alliance recycling and third-party recycling.Through comparative analysis and mathematical modeling comparison,it is concluded that the third-party recycling is the best packaging recycling model for regional packaging waste recycling.(2)According to the economic operation status of Xi’an City,taking the package of the express delivery business as the object of investigation,with the help of the MATLAB software platform and the gray prediction model,scientifically predicting the amount of waste in the next five years.The amount of packaging waste each region is estimated to obtain the distribution data area of the packaging waste,which is estimated according to the correlation coefficient of economic indicators by using SPSS software.(3)The structural elements that should be added into the reverse logistics network of packaging waste and the constituent elements of optimization objectives are analyzed and determined,and a double objective MILP model with the minimum total cost and the shortest total recovery time is constructed.On the premise of determining the recovery rate and reuse rate,the location decision,flow distribution,and sensitivity analysis of packaging waste reverse logistics network are carried out based on the existing data with the help of Lingo software programming.(4)In view of the uncertainty of the recovery rate and reuse rate of packaging materials,the reverse logistics network under the influence of uncertain factors is studied.The optimal location decision is analyzed by constructing the expected value model of stochastic programming.Compared with the optimal target value under certain conditions,the effectiveness of the model is verified. |
