Study On The Application Of Tang Dynasty Treasure Flower Pattern In The Visual Design Of Luoyang Peony Cake Packaging

As one of the classic auspicious patterns in China,the pattern of Baoxiang flower is the crystallization of wisdom in the development of Chinese pattern history.This pattern is a decorative pattern spread from the Western Regions to China during the Wei,Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties with the prevalence of Buddhism.Its development has absorbed and integrated a variety of cultures and patterns,forming a special artistic feature,with high extensibility,which provides space for the inclusiveness and expansion of the pattern of Baoxiang flower in modern design.The pattern of the treasure phase flower prevailed in the Tang Dynasty and achieved unprecedented development,and was integrated in the integration of local culture.The pattern of the treasure phase in the prosperous Tang Dynasty drew on the shape of peony and produced a unique shape form with the shape of peony flower,which is very distinctive.This article intends to explore the artistic form and characteristics of the pattern of the Tang Dynasty’s treasure phase flower,interpret the formation,development,pattern structure,color composition of the treasure phase flower,and its application characteristics on various carriers,explore its innovative application in modern design,find the combination of traditional pattern and modern design,and take the design practice as the starting point to combine the pattern of the Tang Dynasty’s treasure phase flower and Luoyang peony cake in the same time and space,the same culture The products under the influence of religious background should be integrated,transformed and combined with modern aesthetics to keep pace with the times.In this paper,the Tang Dynasty Baoxiang flower is taken as the research object.First,through literature research,information image retrieval,data analysis and other techniques,the artistic characteristics of the Tang Dynasty Baoxiang flower pattern are explored,and its application cases in contemporary design are analyzed,and the methods of its redesign and application of carrier are understood.At the same time,it analyzes the existing problems of peony cake packaging,determines its packaging design positioning,discusses the feasibility and innovative ways of the integration of Tang Dynasty’s Baoxiang flower pattern in modern design,and its application in Luoyang peony cake packaging design,and carries out the extraction and re-design of pattern and color in the design process,so as to achieve the inheritance and innovative design of Tang Dynasty’s Baoxiang flower pattern in Luoyang peony cake packaging design,and reasonable application to improve the visual effect of packaging.
