Study On Sustainable Development Of Ecological Town In Changsha County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

On October 18,2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in the report of the 19 th Party Congress.In the rural revitalization strategy,the characteristic town is the key to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and the process of rural revitalization can be accelerated by taking the characteristic town as the carrier.In this context,China’s characteristic towns are sprouting up like a spring.As a strong leader and carrier,the characteristic town plays a certain role in promoting the integration,coordination and utilization of rural resources in its area,promoting the development of local agricultural industry,raising the income level of residents and improving the ecological environment of the town,which is coupled with the general policy of rural revitalization of "prosperous industry,ecological livability,civilized countryside,effective governance and rich living".It is coupled with the general policy of rural revitalization: "prosperous industry,eco-friendly living,civilized countryside,effective governance and rich living",and has gained strong support from governments at all levels.The introduction of rural revitalization strategy has promoted the rapid development of China’s characteristic towns and diversified development types.It is noteworthy that in the process of building characteristic towns,the ecological environment of the town has been damaged to different degrees,and the economic development and sustainable development of the town have been restricted.Based on this,it is crucial to study the sustainable construction of eco-towns.In different regions,there are differences in economy,humanities and topography,but in general,sustainable development is a common goal in the construction and operation of eco-towns,so it is important to study the sustainable development of eco-towns.Based on the theoretical support of rural revitalization,sustainable development and industrial integration,this study explores and researches the theory of sustainable development of eco-towns in the context of rural revitalization,which mainly includes analyzing the coupling between eco-towns and rural revitalization strategy,studying the current situation of sustainable development of eco-towns developed in the context of rural strategy,and making a summary of the types of eco-town development models and the existing problems.Secondly,the evaluation system of sustainable development of eco-towns in the context of rural revitalization is constructed,based on the previous research results,the index system is built from five dimensions: economic development,industrial level,livability,growth ability and ecological environment,the hierarchical analysis method and expert scoring method are determined as the specific evaluation methods,and the case study of Xunlonghe eco-town in Changsha County is used as the case object for empirical case analysis,and the sustainable development of Xunlonghe eco-town in Changsha County is analyzed.The sustainable development level of Xunlonghe ecological town in Changsha County is evaluated,based on which factors affecting the sustainable development of ecological town in Changsha County are analyzed,and finally suggestions for sustainable development of ecological town in the context of rural revitalization are put forward in response to these attributions.
