Research On Sustainable Development Countermeasures Of Nature Reserves Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization ——A Case Study Of Xianghai Mongol Township Wetland Nature Reserve

The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic deployment made by the party in the report of the 19 th National Congress,and the rural revitalization strategy requires "adhering to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature and taking the road of rural green development",emphasizing the comprehensive development of rural areas in industry,ecology,economy and culture.Nature reserve is an ecological area,for rare animals,plants gathering area,but also the countryside to be special protection and management of the area,its sustainable development of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has a decisive role,do a good job in the protection of nature reserves,for biodiversity and the coordinated development of man and nature has a positive significance.With the development of the rural revitalization strategy,the formulation of protection policies for nature reserves has become more and more stringent,which has inhibited their economic development to a certain extent.Xianghai Mongol Wetland Nature Reserve（hereinafter referred to as "Xianghai Nature Reserve"）as a national nature reserve,but also an important ecological tourism site in Jilin Province,with a unique natural geographical environment and rich natural resources.In this regard,in the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper takes the Xianghai Mongol Township Wetland Nature Reserve as an example,and conducts an in-depth study on its sustainable development,with a view to coordinating the relationship between the protection and development of the Xianghai Nature Reserve and providing a positive role in promoting the sustainable development of the Xianghai Mongol Township Wetland Nature Reserve.The main research content and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper understands and analyzes the concepts of nature reserves,sustainable development,protected area communities,rural revitalization and rural cultural construction,sustainable development theory,composite ecosystem theory,"two mountains" theory and cultural space theory,sorts out the relevant research on rural revitalization,nature reserves,sustainable development and nature reserve communities and contradictions at home and abroad,and clarifies the research methods and research contents of this paper.Secondly,the natural conditions,sustainable development and development status of Xianghai Nature Reserve are analyzed,and it is found that in the sustainable development of Xianghai Nature Reserve,there are problems of prominent contradictions in agricultural and forestry production in the reserve,stagnant scientific research level,and lack of effective management means,and further analyze the experience of foreign rural ecological environment and nature reserves in sustainable development,and summarize the effective measures,that is,planning first,adapting to local conditions,attaching importance to binding index management,and establishing an efficient macro management mechanism.Finally,in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,in view of the above problems and combined with the experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions,xianghai nature reserve in the process of promoting sustainable development,should actively promote the rural revitalization development strategy,clarify the core development direction of the protected area,improve the management system of the protected area and handle the relationship between protection and development,so as to achieve the sustainable development of the Xianghai Mongolian Wetland Nature Reserve.
