Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Willingness To Adopt Technologies For Resource Utilizationof Livestockand Poultry Waste

With the increasing demand for livestock and poultry products,the rapid development of livestock and poultry breeding industry in China,at the same time,it has brought the problem of livestock and poultry breeding waste pollution to be solved.This paper takes livestock and poultry farmers in Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County as an example,through understanding the willingness of farmers to adopt livestock and poultry waste resource utilization technology in Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County,summarizes the factors affecting farmers ’ willingness to adopt livestock and poultry waste resource utilization technology,and studies it,aiming at providing certain theoretical and practical reference for the treatment of livestock and poultry waste in this area,and also provides valuable countermeasures and suggestions for the government to formulate guiding policies to promote farmers to adopt livestock and poultry waste resource utilization technology.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars ’ research literature on livestock and poultry breeding waste,and clarifies the connotation of livestock and poultry breeding waste and resource utilization technology.Guided by literature and theory and combined with the development status of livestock and poultry in Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County,the theoretical model of this paper is constructed.Based on the survey data of 356 households in Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County,the influencing factors of adoption willingness of livestock and poultry breeding waste recycling technology were quantitatively analyzed,and the influencing mechanism was deeply analyzed.The results show that government behavior,institutional self-confidence,adoption conditions and farmers ’ health perception have a significant positive impact on farmers ’ willingness to adopt livestock and poultry breeding waste recycling technology.The influence of common health cognition on farmers ’ willingness to adopt livestock and poultry breeding waste recycling technology is not significant,but it can affect farmers ’ health perception,and then affect the willingness to adopt livestock and poultry breeding waste recycling technology.Finally,according to the research results and combined with the local actual situation,this paper implements the government action respectively;improving farmers ’institutional confidence;creating good external conditions;raise health awareness;to enhance farmers ’awareness of ’ common health ’ and other five specific feasible countermeasures.
