| Since the beginning of this century,with the deepening reform and opening up of the country,China’s society has developed rapidly.At the same time,the speed of urban development has also been accelerating.Garbage incineration is a method of using garbage to generate electricity.It can reduce environmental pollution,and at the same time,it can be converted into electricity,so as to achieve the goal of environmental friendliness.At present,most garbage incineration projects in China are conducted in the form of BOT.Due to the large investment scale,long investment return period,high technology content,complicated investment contracts signed with the state,and imperfect relevant laws and regulations,there are many problems and risks in the whole construction,operation,investment and other links.This paper mainly studies the risk management of DT waste incineration power generation project,and mainly analyzes the specific situation of this project through literature research,comprehensive fuzzy evaluation and other methods.The article is divided into six chapters.The whole idea is to raise,analyze and solve problems.First,the research background,significance,methods and technical approaches are described,and the current research status is briefly analyzed;Secondly,it introduces the concepts and some theories related to the research topic,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research;Thirdly,it is the main part of the article,which mainly introduces DT waste incineration power generation project and investment,briefly explains the basic situation of the project,mainly discusses the project operation,risk management and other aspects,and discusses all aspects of the project risk management according to the actual situation of DT project risk management;Then,it introduces the multi risks of DT waste incineration power generation project under BOT mode in detail,and establishes an evaluation index system for different risk types through fuzzy index evaluation method,and draws a conclusion through the analysis of the final evaluation results;Then,on the basis of the above analysis,risk management measures are proposed.This paper provides reference for DT project risk prevention and governance from the aspects of government risk prevention,project construction,operation risk,public opinion risk,technical risk,etc.,and summarizes the risks,and forecasts the future development.The research results of this paper have great practical value for ensuring the efficient construction of garbage incineration power plants in China under BOT mode and making full use of their social and economic benefits,and also provide a theoretical basis for the management of relevant projects of garbage incineration power generation in China. |
