| As one of the main means of terminal treatment for household waste classification,household waste incineration power generation technology has been increasingly widely used in China.According to the "2021 Statistical Yearbook of Urban and Rural Construction" released by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development,there were 583 household waste incineration power plants in China in 2021.The urban household waste incineration power generation project in China has the practical characteristics of complex technology,involving numerous regulatory units,and greatly influenced by policies.There are many risk factors in the operation process of the project that affect the operational goals of the enterprise.Accurately identifying the risks in the operation process of enterprise household waste incineration power generation projects,conducting effective analysis on them,and developing a scientific risk management system and risk response strategies can help the operating enterprises of household waste incineration power generation projects achieve economic and social benefits.This paper takes Enterprise A as the research object,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of risk management in the project operation process of Enterprise A,identifies and analyzes the risk factors,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper identifies 16 risk factors such as contract management risk faced by enterprise A project operation by using literature research method,expert opinion method and other methods.Through the establishment of ISM model,9 direct risk factors of project operation such as environmental protection risk,3 indirect risk factors such as safety risk,and 4fundamental risk factors such as operation and management risk are analyzed,and 7 major risk factors of enterprise A project operation are analyzed in combination with MICMAC model.Based on the field investigation and data analysis of the project operation of Enterprise A,the risk management organization,risk management operation system,information system construction and risk monitoring process of Enterprise A were studied and discussed,the comprehensive risk management system was improved,and specific measures and suggestions were put forward for the response to seven major risk factors,providing specific management means and countermeasures for strengthening the response to the project operation risk of Enterprise A,It provides a certain guiding role for enterprise A to carry out risk management activities,and also expects to provide some reference for similar enterprises to operate the comprehensive risk management of domestic waste incineration power generation projects,and enrich the research on operational risk management of domestic waste incineration power generation projects. |
