Study Of Knitted Partial Knitting And Its Implementation In Modular Garments

The green issue of the garment industry has attracted widespread public attention.In order to alleviate and improve this problem,participants in the garment design segment should take low carbon and environmental protection as the starting point and choose modular design methods to improve garment utilization and extend the service life of garments.At the same time,along with the overall trend of garments from woven garments to knitted garments,partial knitting,as one of the most widely used knitting techniques in knitted garments,helps to shape the overall shape of garments and enrich the details and pattern design of knitted garments.The application of modular design methods in partial knitting can expand the design space of knitted garments and promote their sustainable development.Therefore,this paper takes partial knitting as an entry point to explore the possibility of its implementation in modular garments.In the research process,literature search,case study and graphical analysis are used to firstly,provide a systematic overview of partial knitting and modular garments,based on which the feasibility of partial knitting in modular design is discussed.Secondly,after the introduction of partial knitting in different machines,examples of the use of partial knitting in terms of yarn and tissue structure are further compiled and analyzed.After that,the application of partial knitting in modular garments is explored in an innovative way and its feasibility is verified through design practice.Through the above research,it can be concluded that the application of partial knitting in modular garments is feasible,and the combination of the two has a high research value and a wide innovative design space.The combination of the two has a high research value and a wide scope of innovative design.It can not only meet the fashionable and personalized wearing needs of consumers and give them a sense of emotional involvement and experience,but also maximize the utilization of resources to extend the life cycle of knitted garments and promote the sustainable development of the knitted garment industry.The above innovation and research is not only an attempt to apply knitting partial knitting in modular garments,but also a reflection and exploration of the concept of sustainable fashion.
