Research On Application Of Partial Knitting Technology In Fully Fashioned Knitwear

In recent years,people's demand for knitwear has been becoming more and more high-quality,personalized and fashionable.Fully fashioned knitwear is widely favored by consumers because of its integrated shape,comfortable and soft wearing,smooth and beautiful lines.Fully fashioned knitting technology has effectively changed the traditional production mode,which not only saves man-hours and labor,but also improves the comfort and beauty of clothing.It has become one of the important directions for the future development of knitting industry.The key to the integral forming of fully fashioned knitwear lies in the three-dimensional knitting of important parts.Partial knitting is the most widely used knitting process in in the production of knitwear,which plays an important role in the realization of the integral forming of fully fashioned knitwear.In order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the better realization of local three-dimensional forming and style development of fully formed knitwear,the basic application and innovative design of partial knitting technology in the structure and organization of fully formed knitwear based on the Shima Seiki four-bed computerized flat knitting machine and the three-dimensional design system was researched emphatically.Firstly,this paper introduced the knitting equipment performance,the principle of integral forming and the key points of process design,which laid the theoretical foundation for the later research.Secondly,with the method of literature research and experiment,starting from the knitting principle,classification and the adjustment of important process parameters,combined with the characteristics of fully formed three-dimensional knitting,the paper summarized and supplemented the partial knitting technology theory,and expounded the role of partial knitting technology on fully fashioned knitwear through daily practice and experience summary.Thirdly,using the method of experiment and case analysis,this paper discussed the basic application rules of partial knitting technology in the structure of shoulder,collar,hem,hanging shoulder,flat sleeve top,lateral dart and pleat of the fully fashioned knitwear from the perspective of knitting technology,and this paper also discussed the basic ideas and knitting methods used in the combination of partial knitting technology with different organizations and yarns to form some common appearance effects from the perspective of design application.Finally,the innovative design of organization and structure was carried out by using the partial knitting technology,and the technological realization mode and technical details were analyzed by knitting examples,and the innovative design idea of the partial knitting technology in the fully fashioned knitwear was put forward.The results show that:(1)Partial knitting can be divided into conventional partial knitting and proportional partial knitting according to the knitting method.Conventional partial knitting can be widely used in the organization and structure of knitted clothing,while the proportional partial knitting is a unique knitting mode of fully fashioned knitwear,which is mainly used to maintain the balance of multiple tubular knitting and decorative pleating design.(2)The number of stitches involved in partial knitting in a certain range is positively related to the tension of the winding fabric when using the four-bed computerized flat knitting machine.(3)when the conventional partial knitting is used in the structure of the fully fashioned knitwear,it can form the shoulder diagonal shape,front and back neck drop curve,irregular lower hem,the chest bulge,the elbow bend and the horn effect.The proportional partial knitting is mainly used in the hanging shoulder and flat sleeve top.It can be used to maintain the balance of tubular knitting and realize the connection between sleeve and body,forming tubular knitting fabric with a certain height difference.(4)Combining partial knitting technology with different organizations and different yarns,it can create rich and varied appearance effects by changing the number and position of suspended knitting needles,the speed of adding and subtracting needles and the number of partial knitting lines.(5)The application of partial knitting technology can promote the perfect integration of function and beauty of fully fashioned knitwear and meet the personalized needs of modern consumers.
