As the cornerstone of modern industrial system,manufacturing plays an important role in the development of national economy.However,traditional manufacturing industry has long been at the low end of the global value chain,bearing the "double squeeze" of developed countries and other developing countries.Enterprises are facing rising production costs,overcapacity,insufficient deep processing and other dilemmas.In the face of the fierce competitive environment,it is essential to transform the development mode and promote the overall transformation and upgrading of enterprises.The transformation and upgrading paths that enterprises can choose include optimizing the industrial structure,changing the extensive production mode,and implementing the innovation-driven development strategy.How enterprises choose the path that suits them,how to carry out transformation and upgrading are the practical issues that enterprises pay attention to.This thesis selects the case of the transformation and upgrading of ZYF Lopsking Material Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as " LPSK "),and studies the path and achievement performance of LPSK transformation and upgrading on the basis of reading a lot of literature,according to the annual financial reports,announcements and news reports released by LPSK.From a micro perspective,this thesis establishes an index system to measure the performance of transformation and upgrading results,and evaluates the effect of LPSK transformation and upgrading from three dimensions: the process dimension of transformation and upgrading,the performance dimension of transformation and upgrading,and the personnel structure of the enterprise.Through the research of this thesis,it is found that in the process of transformation and upgrading,LPSK chose to integrate internal and external resources,get into industrial fields,and carry out digital transformation,so as to realize the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises,the upgrading of business processes and production processes,and the upgrading of enterprise personnel structure,and achieved good results.In the process of transformation and upgrading,enterprises should pay attention to integrating resources,selecting appropriate transformation business areas,paying attention to talent introduction and strengthening technology research and development.By studying the case of LPSK transformation and upgrading,it provides some reference for other manufacturing enterprises to achieve transformation.
