Batik stands out in folk art with its elegant colors, beautiful patterns, and rich cultural connotations. It is a folk handicraft passed down from generation to generation by the Miao people,a product of their material life and a refuge in their spiritual world. As a national intangible cultural heritage, batik has important artistic, cultural, and economic value. With the continuous progress of the times and society, significant progress has been made in the research of Miao batik. However, due to limitations in the scope and methods of dissemination, the traditional batik industry is still subject to the dual influence of the internal and external environment, gradually separating from real life. The inheritance of batik culture faces enormous challenges.Nowadays, the rapid development of digital technology has driven the progress of intangible cultural heritage towards digitization, and has gradually evolved into a comprehensive perspective of digital research and application of intangible cultural heritage. How to explore new ways of digital inheritance in the development process has become the key to the development of the wax dyeing industry.Based on this background,in order to better study the digital dissemination of Miao wax dyeing, this article introduces the KANO model as the theoretical basis.Ultimately, the personalized design of the Miao batik app will be achieved, achieving the integration and symbiosis of intangible cultural heritage and digital technology.1、Firstly,conduct a competitive analysis of intangible cultural heritage apps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of different types of products, laying the groundwork for the product positioning of dyeing art apps.2、Conduct user interviews with specific user groups to understand their psychology and usage demands.Use the KJ classification method to preliminarily classify user needs, construct a user demand set,and set up three typical user profiles.3、Design a questionnaire using the KANO model, distribute a questionnaire survey, collect statistical data on the survey questionnaire, and obtain the corresponding KANO attributes.4、Conduct reliability and validity analysis on the questionnaire results to verify the reliability and availability of the questionnaire for further data analysis.5、Collect questionnaire data, analyze the frequency of user needs, and use attribute classification tables to determine demand attributes.6、According to the Better Worse formula, calculate the satisfaction and dissatisfaction coefficients of each requirement, draw a sensitivity rectangular scatter plot, and perform a detailed attribute classification of user requirements.7、Use the importance coefficient calculation formula to calculate the importance data and analyze and sort it.8、Apply the research results to the design practice, determine the product positioning, analyze the APP information architecture and page flow, and complete the practical scheme of Dye Art APP through the digital transformation of visual design and interaction design.9、Through the Likert scale, users’ evaluation and testing of products were completed to verify the satisfaction and availability of Dyeart APP and the feasibility of KANO model in the process of intangible cultural heritage digital product demand acquisition and transformation. The establishment of the Dyeing Art APP popularizes knowledge of batik culture to users, promotes communication and dissemination of batik, and showcases the charm of batik culture to the world. At the same time,it also provides a new theoretical basis for the digital research, inheritance, and development of other intangible cultural heritage, and provides reference significance for the design ideas of similar intangible cultural heritage apps.
