| Polygala is a tranquilizer and is used as a king of medicine from the dried root.Because of its unique medicinal value,its market demand is huge,which makes the cultivation industry of polygala develop rapidly.However,the traditional manual peeling method is still used on polygala industry,which not only has low processing efficiency and high cost,but also causes a lot of labor waste.It also seriously restricts the development of the industry and cannot meet the market demand.In order to realize the automatic peeling of polygala,a peeling equipment was designed,which can reduce processing cost,increase production efficiency,enhance the competitiveness of polygala industry and related industries.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Based on the material characteristics parameters of polygala,TRIZ theory was applied to design the structure scheme of complete machine.It can be used to designe,calculate,and select key components such as clamping mechanism,peeling mechanism,and conveying mechanism.It can establish the whole machine model based on Solidworks software,then complete the statics analysis and interference inspection of key components.It can also simulate the movement and peeling process of key components via using Adams.What’s more,it can analyze the load-bearing capacity of the main components during the peeling process.The mechanical structure of the peeling machine met the design requirements through changes in the relative position,speed,and force of the polygraph cylinder during the peeling process.(2)According to design requirements and control principles,selected the Siemens S7-200 controller with model CPU224 XP.Completed the design of control system circuit and gas path,and write PLC control program based on STEP 7 Micro WIN.Realized the coordination of various processes such as polygala clamping and pumping.The corresponding operation interface is designed on the MCGS touch screen to realize the control of the peeling machine.(3)I intend to complete the parts processing and prototype assembly,debugging and testing based on the designed drawings.The polygala was modulated to the suitable moisture content and was divided into two groups.The peeling rate,the damage rate and the efficiency were taken as the test indexes.The results showed that the rate of fine polygala skin peeling was 79% and the rate of fine polygala skin damage was 13%,the rate of crude polygala skin peeling was 73% and the rate of crude polygala skin damage was 16%.The shape of Polygala was the main factor that affects the peeling effect.For the straight polygala,the skin core can be separated completely.Based on the designed drawings,the production efficiency of the machine can meet the design requirement. |
