| Polygala is a perennial herbaceous plant whose root is used as medicine.It is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine which is often used in clinic to nourish the mind and calm the mind.Because of its unique medicinal value,Polygala is very popular in the market.At present,the planting industry of Polygala is developing rapidly,but the traditional manual processing method is still used in the processing of core-peeling of Polygala,which not only has low processing efficiency,but also has high cost,resulting in a large amount of economic waste.The existing core-pulling and peeling method of Polygala has seriously restricted the development of Polygala industry.This research is devoted to the Polygala core-pulling and peeling technology,and the design of a Polygala core-removing equipment,so as to reduce the processing cost,improve the production efficiency,and improve the competitiveness of Polygala and related industries.Firstly,based on the material characteristic parameters of Polygala,related experiments were designed to determine the physical parameters of Polygala root diameter,root length and suitable moisture content for peeling and core-pulling.The mechanical characteristic parameters such as peeling clamping force,core pulling force and cutting force of Polygala root were tested.Through the research on the material characteristics of Polygala,data basis and theoretical basis are provided for the peeling and core-pulling equipment of Polygala.Secondly,based on the research of material characteristic parameters,the overall structure design,pneumatic control system design and mechanical design of the Polygala core pulling machine were completed,and the static finite element analysis of the key parts was carried out.On the basis of static analysis,the stress and strain cloud diagrams of key components were obtained,and the strength was checked.Finally,a 3D model of the core-removing machine was established in S-W software,and the Motion simulation was carried out with the Motion analysis module of Motion to verify the design integrity of the core pulling machine,and provide theoretical basis for the design of machine. |
