Food culture is a kind of historical traces,folk customs,traditional culture of tourist destinations,and is the main body of traditional folk culture,and folklore is a way of embodying social culture,is the crystallization of the wisdom of local residents,but also the accumulation of long-standing cultural traditions.Therefore,food folklore is a culture that is closely related to people’s living habits and has a considerable degree of significance and value for subsequent generations.In Gongcheng Yao,there is a kind of traditional food culture custom with ethnic characteristics-Gongcheng oil tea,which is a kind of food product created by the local people to adapt to the environment,and it is the unique brand of Gongcheng food culture symbol;nowadays,Gongcheng oil tea culture is inherited in the development,and Gongcheng oil tea places are all over the streets and alleys in Guangxi,with rapid development momentum;however,under the rapid development of the Gongcheng oil tea industry,Gongcheng oil tea places have become more and more popular.However,under the rapid development of the oil tea industry in Gongcheng,the development of oil tea culture in Gongcheng is uneven,and the operators and builders related to oil tea in Gongcheng lack experience in promoting oil tea culture,and also lack highlights reflecting the characteristics of oil tea culture in Gongcheng,and the quality of service personnel varies,and the quality of food and tourism services cannot keep up with the needs of its development;therefore,whether the sustainable development of oil tea culture tourism in Gongcheng can be realized,and the enhancement of oil tea culture tourism in Gongcheng Therefore,it is imperative to improve the service quality of oil tea culture tourism in Gongcheng in order to achieve sustainable development.This article studies the strategies for improving the quality of tourism services for Gongcheng Camellia oleifera cuisine culture,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,IPA analysis and correlation analysis to complete the research of this paper.Through the combing of relevant literature and the guidance of professional scholars of food culture tourism and staff in the industry,the representative dimensions of service quality of tourists in feeling food culture tourism are selected,and the research of this paper includes four dimensions of tourists’ expectation,tourists’ perceived service quality,tourists’ satisfaction and tourists’ loyalty,among which the tourists’ perceived service quality dimension is divided into four primary indicators: environmental facilities,consumption content,service level and cultural experience,The service quality of oil tea culture tourism in Gongcheng is evaluated in two aspects,namely importance and satisfaction,by using questionnaires to obtain first-hand raw data,combined with SPSS,Excel and other statistical analysis software for data processing,using IPA analysis,correlation analysis and regression line analysis to The results of the survey were analysed using IPA,correlation analysis and regression line analysis,and according to the 19 questions in the IPA model,the"Continuity Zone(Strength Zone)","Over-performance Zone(Maintenance Zone)","No Priority Zone(Improvement Zone)" and "The ultimate aim is to improve the service quality of oil tea culture tourism in Gongcheng,enhance tourists’ satisfaction and realize the benign development of oil tea culture tourism in Gongcheng.
