Workover operation is an essential operation procedure in the oilfield at present,and the transportation of tubing,drill pipe and other pipe tools for overhaul operation between the pipe rack and wellhead platform has been a big problem for a long time.Because the wellhead platforms for overhaul operations are generally high,the traditional dragging method is still used in most of the operation sites currently.Due to the high wellhead,the conventional catwalk and other methods of pipe conveying are characterized by difficult construction and poor safety,and it is difficult to ensure the safety of workers.At present,many domestic enterprises and scientific research institutions have studied and produced power catwalks,but the power catwalks produced are mainly used for drilling operations,and the devices are difficult to break away from the dependence and restriction on ramps.In order to solve the above problems,this article focuses on the actual working conditions of the overhaul operation,analyzes the current application status of catwalk products at home and abroad.Regarding the difficult problem of pipe tool transportation is in the process of operation,systematically design the pipe rod automatic conveying device through the split operation process.The device will be used hydraulic pressure as the power to drive the mechanical mechanism to transfer and lift the pipe,and deliver the pipe to the location suitable for construction on the wellhead platform.In the process of product design and manufacturing,analysis the operation process and mechanical structure of the whole equipment is conceived and designed,which can ensure the various actions of tubing delivery to the drilling floor.The required mechanical mechanism can complete the feeding,lifting and pushing processes,ensure that the tubing is transported from the ground to the wellhead,and ensure that the tubing is stably transferred to the ground during the tubing lifting process.Auto CAD is used to drawings design and Solid Works 3D is used to output the overall structure of automatic conveying device of pipe,realizing the construction of the product model and the structural analysis of key parts.In addition,design the hydraulic control system,that is simulated by Amesim to ensure the reasonable design of the hydraulic system.The designed pipe conveying device can complete the loading and unloading,one person remotely controls the whole works,that can be realized in the process of drilling tool transfer process of lifting and lowering and pipe pushing process.Finally,reduce the works intensity of workers and improve the production efficiency will be realized,which brings good economic and social benefits. |
