At present,China’s economic recovery is still unbalanced,in the face of shrinking demand,supply shocks,weak expectations and other triple pressures,to reduce capacity,reduce costs,and make up for weak links have become difficult tasks faced by enterprises.If enterprises can do a better job in lean and cost reduction,they will win the opportunity in the fierce market competition.At present,many domestic enterprises have implemented lean production,which has achieved certain economic benefits but also many problems.Therefore,it is both necessary and urgent for the enterprises that are implementing lean production to conduct comprehensive evaluation on the implementation effect of lean production to improve its practicability and applicability.FD company is a state-owned enterprise which mainly produces three series of plastic pipes for underground coal mines,oil fields and municipal use.It belongs to SD Energy Group.Facing the complex and changing economic situation,the company has problems such as low quality of operation,shortage of professional talents and weak comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.A five-year plan for lean production from 2018 to 2022 has been formulated.After the end of the five-year planning period,whether the implementation effect of lean production reaches the enterprise’s expectations and how to continuously improve lean production in the future have become the urgent problems that the company needs to solve.Therefore,this paper studies the implementation effect of lean production in FD company.Based on lean production theory and system evaluation theory,combined with the current situation of FD company’s lean production implementation,the paper analyzes the factors affecting FD company’s lean production implementation from five dimensions:personnel,materials,methods,equipment and environment.The evaluation index system of FD company’s lean production implementation effect is constructed,and each index is scored by relevant research data,and the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation research on the implementation effect of lean production in FD company.The results show that the implementation effect of lean production in FD company is generally good,but there are still some problems in the aspects of multi-functional engineering,material Kanban management,proposal improvement and equipment management.The causes of the problem are analyzed from the aspects of staff construction,understanding of Kanban function,improvement goal setting,equipment operation management and so on.Finally,from strengthening talent management and training,deepening the application of Kanban tools,using subject recognition and quantitative indicators to promote the improvement of proposals,and continuously grasping the maintenance and management of equipment,the continuous improvement countermeasures and safeguard measures are put forward.The research of this paper provides certain decision basis for FD company to continuously improve lean production,and also hopes to provide reference for similar enterprises to improve lean production implementation.
