With the upgrade of consumption,the demand for multi-variety and small-batch individualized products and services forces enterprises to change from mass production mode to flexible production.Lean production has been proved to be an effective production management model,which can significantly improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,shorten the production cycle and improve product quality.However,the implementation of lean production in traditional enterprises does not necessarily achieve immediate results,on the contrary,it may encounter various problems.In view of this,this paper chooses stationery manufacturer M Company as the research object to carry out case analysis.On the basis of describing the actuality of lean production implementation,the overall effect of lean production implementation of M Company is quantitatively analyzed and evaluated by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on this,the existing problems and their causes in the process of lean production implementation of M Company are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward,including:Improvement suggestions include establishing lean production benchmark,formulating lean production management matrix,improving company training system,improving performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,and implementing safeguard measures of lean production.This study not only provides a reference for M company to further implement lean production and improve the implementation effect,but also provides a useful reference for other enterprises to implement the production management model.
