With the good and sustainable development of the circular saw blade industry and the continuous pursuit and innovation of technology,the domestic and foreign market demand has continued to expand.In order to meet the market and obtain orders,companies have to improve production efficiency and expand the storage of finished products.Facing the double pressure of production system and finished product storage,lean production can effectively improve the above problems.It can not only find production problems,reduce on-site waste,but also effectively improve working space and efficiency.So,from a holistic perspective,the paper conducts a lean production analysis of the production system of the Enterprise A about the small-diameter circular saw blade substrate.The storage module is taken as the main research object to carry out functional area setting and layout research,forming an overall effective multi-functional storage module to improve its storage and shipment capacity while optimizing the entire production system,further enhance the company’s market response capacity.Aiming at the problems of serious backlog of semi-finished products,insufficient working space,excessive inventory and inadequate storage management in the production system of the enterprise,the paper uses lean production related methods to analysis.Through P-Q analysis to determine the production organization model of the company’s multi-variety and large-batch production.At the same time,the analysis of the production line balance and process procedures show that the entire production system is poorly balanced,the process is highly dispersed,and frequent handling and unnecessary waiting actions have caused serious problems such as the backlog of semi-finished products and insufficient working space.According to lean production analysis and multi-functional storage module target planning,different functional areas are set from processing unit,auxiliary unit and storage unit.Based on the ECRSI principle,the initially set functional areas are merged and optimized,reducing production waste and operation time,and improving personnel operation utilization.Based on the setting of each functional area of the warehousing module,combined with mathematical modeling ideas,the objective function is constructed with the largest comprehensive relationship and the smallest handling volume.Combine the role and demand of different functional areas of each unit to calculate the floor area.Then,by improving the SLP method,the relationship between logistics and non-logistics between functional areas is analyzed.Finally,according to the different weights of non-logistics factors such as logistics and operations,personnel,equipment,and environment affecting the layout of functional areas,the final comprehensive synthesis of functional intervals is obtained.Relationship value.By artificial intelligence optimization algorithm to solve the solution.In order to make the results more reasonable,the paper selects genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm to solve separately,and input the analysis data to find different layout schemes.Finally,based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the two schemes are verified and evaluated with the five criteria of environment,human factors design,space,logistics and process as the target criteria.By studying the internal layout of the warehousing module,the topic on the one hand solves the problems of high warehousing pressure,difficulty in picking,and low shipping efficiency.On the other hand,through the combined analysis and research of the storage area and the production system,the traditional unilateral research model is changed to build a multi-functional storage module.Optimizing warehousing operations while reducing production waste and backlog problems,balancing process capacity,is conducive to companies to further improve efficiency and increase capacity,and help companies steadily win in the fierce market competition.
