Research On Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Carbon Emissions In Tianjin And Countermeasures For Low-carbon Agricultural Development From The Perspective Of Industrial Agglomeration

At present,the world economic development is in the era of high-carbon economy,and the global warming effect caused by greenhouse gas emissions is becoming more and more serious.The development of low-carbon economy,energy conservation and emission reduction has become the consensus of all countries.In 2020,China announced its vision of "carbon peak and carbon neutral".General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that "carbon reaching a peak and carbon neutrality" should be included in the overall layout of ecological progress.Agriculture,as the second largest source of greenhouse gas emissions,cannot be ignored in the work of "carbon peak and carbon neutral".Therefore,agricultural green development is imperative.Tianjin is a frontier city in the development of urban modern agriculture in China.In the process of promoting the green agricultural development,it is faced with the contradictions and problems of agricultural resources shortage,fragile ecological environment,low utilization rate of agricultural factors and increasing agricultural non-point source pollution.In recent years,with the decrease in chemical fertilizer,pesticide,agricultural film,agricultural machinery and other agricultural production in Tianjin,the low-carbon agricultural development in Tianjin has achieved some achievements,and the growth rate of agricultural carbon emission in Tianjin has been suppressed.In the future,while stabilizing the agricultural economic growth and agricultural transformation and upgrading,how to realize the low-carbon,green and circular development of agriculture is one of the important challenges facing Tianjin in deepening the agricultural supply-side structural reform,accelerating the high-quality agricultural development and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.This paper sorts out the relevant literature of low-carbon agriculture,takes the research object of agricultural carbon emission in Tianjin,and explores the relationship between agricultural industry agglomeration and low-carbon agricultural development in Tianjin.Firstly,the paper analyzes agricultural economic development,agricultural industry agglomeration and agricultural carbon emission of Tianjin;then analyzes the influencing factors of agricultural carbon emission with the LMDI model,uses ultra-efficiency SBM model to analyze the performance level of low carbon agriculture of Tianjin,and analyzes the effect of agricultural agriculture from the perspective of agricultural economic development and agricultural industry agglomeration in Tianjin.
