Research On Financial Risk Identification And Preventive Measures Of ST Company

With the continuous advancement of national industrialization,coal energy is playing a more and more important role.In recent years,the development of social economy has changed from high speed to high quality,the domestic and international economic situation is changing,the competition in the domestic coal industry is particularly fierce,and the benefits of coal enterprises have decreased;In order to seek sustainable and healthy development in competition and deal with possible financial crisis,coal enterprises need to improve their ability to deal with risks,especially financial risks;Therefore,coal enterprises need to accurately grasp the financial risks of enterprises,identify possible financial crises,enhance the ability to resist and avoid risks,identify and analyze their own financial risks,strengthen the research on financial risk prevention measures,and make targeted countermeasures to avoid the adverse effects of financial risks and ensure the healthy development of enterprises.Taking ST company in the coal industry as the research object,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the company’s financial risk by combining the analysis methods of literature research and interview survey.The specific content is divided into five parts:firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of ST company’s financial risk causes and preventive measures,combs and evaluates the research status in relevant fields at home and abroad,It also expounds the related concepts and theories of financial risk;Secondly,it analyzes the characteristics of the whole coal industry and the development status of the industry in recent years,focuses on the specific case of ST company,combs the basic situation,organizational structure and basic financial status of ST company,analyzes the existing financial risks of ST company,and combines the actual operation situation and financial activities of ST company from the aspects of financing,investment,operation From the four angles of income distribution,identify the financial risk,select 16 financial indicators,and construct the financial risk evaluation index system of ST company.At the same time,use the factor analysis method to establish the comprehensive evaluation and analysis model of ST company,and select the financial data of ST company from 2016 to 2020 for calculation,so as to obtain the comprehensive score of ST company’s financial risk in recent years;Thirdly,combined with the actual situation of ST company,this paper analyzes the causes of financial risk from the perspectives of external environment and internal financial management;Finally,according to the characteristics of the company,build the financial risk prevention and control mechanism of ST company and put forward its financial risk prevention and control measures.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will provide some guidance for ST company’s financial risk prevention and control,and also provide a new reference for similar enterprises and coal industry management departments.
