Study On Satisfaction Evaluation And Improvement Strategy Of Urban Environmental Sanitation Management In P City

Since the outbreak of COVID-19,people have paid more attention to environmental health than ever before.In addition,it is clearly pointed out in the report that from 2020 to2035,the living environment in urban and rural areas will be significantly improved and the building of a beautiful China will achieve remarkable results.Therefore,environmental health status is an important factor affecting people’s health.In order to improve the level of urban environmental health governance,both the government,enterprises and the public have made great efforts,and the satisfaction is the best test method for the effect of environmental health governance.In recent years,many scholars mainly study the satisfaction of environmental health governance from two aspects.On the one hand,the satisfaction of environmental health management in rural areas is studied from the perspective of rural revitalization.On the other hand,environmental health is taken as a small part of urban management or urban appearance management to study the satisfaction of urban management or urban appearance management.In this paper,P City as an example,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis method to study the satisfaction of urban environmental health governance.Firstly,the research hypothesis is made,that is,there is a positive correlation between government governance behavior,enterprise service quality,public participation and urban environmental health governance satisfaction.Secondly,through field research and interview design questionnaire,collect questionnaire data,obtain the satisfaction of urban environmental governance of P;Thirdly,SPSS and Amos were used to conduct exploratory factor analysis,verification submolecule analysis,and analysis of influencing factors of satisfaction.It was concluded that government governance behavior,enterprise service quality,and public participation had significant influence on satisfaction.Gender,age,monthly income,education level,political status,and home address were added to the original path as control variables for analysis.It is concluded that the six variables do not affect the satisfaction of urban environmental sanitation governance.Finally,based on the findings of the study,improvement strategies for improving satisfaction with urban environmental health governance in P City were proposed: first,optimize the government governance behavior,change the government governance concept,improve the governance system,and strengthen the supervision;Second,strengthen the sense of responsibility,improve professional skills;Third,change the concept of participation,improve the participation system,broaden the channels of participation.By sorting out and summarizing the main work of this study,we hope to find more factors affecting the satisfaction of urban environmental health governance in the future,and build a more perfect research model on the satisfaction of urban environmental health governance.
