Study On The Optimization Of Environmental Health Service Fine Management In Longwen District Of Zhangzhou City

With the development of urbanization,the reconstruction of Shanty towns,and land requisition and ressetlement,the fine management of environmental sanitation services in resettlement residential area has become a practical problem that can not be ignored.The refined management helps to improve the management and services of envioronmental sanitation in urban ereas,and has an important influence on the improvement of urban public service efficiency and residents’ quality of daily life.This paper analyzes the present situation of the refined management of the environmental sanitation services in the resettlement areas,sorts out the main factors that restrict the refined management,and on this basis,puts forward some corresponding optimized countermeasures.This is undoubtedly of great practical significance to the construction of urban ecological civilization and makes the city more livable and workable.Based on the literature review on the refined management of environmental sanitation services in resettlement communities,this paper firstly defines the core concepts of demolition and resettlement community,environmental sanitation services and refined management,and then summarizes the theoretical basis of new public service theory and green development theory.By means of questionnaires and interviews,this paper investigates the current situation of the refined management of environmental sanitation services in the resettlement communities in Longwen,Zhangzhou,which serves as the data basis for the empirical analysis.Based on the analysis of the collected data,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the refined management of environmental sanitation services in the demolition and resettlement communities in Longwen,Zhangzhou,summarized the main factors restricting the improvement of the refined management,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the refined management of the environmental sanitation services in the demolition and resettlement community in Longwen based on the typical experience of some certain resettlement areas in China.The results show that the main factors that restrict the improvement of the refined management of environmental sanitation in Longwen resettlement districts are as follows: the top-level design that needs improving,the management process that needs standardizing,the multi-cooperation that needs reinforcing,the mechanism construction that needs improving,and the resource allocation that needs optimizing.At present,we should improve the refined management and highlight the role of green development in the management of the environmental sanitation services in the resettlement communities in Longwen,Zhangzhou by improving the top-level design,standardizing the management process,reinforcing the multi-cooperation,defining the responsibilities of the main party,improving the mechanism,highlighting the key points in construction,strengthening resource integration,and promoting collaborative governance.
