Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development and change of the national energy and chemical market,as a large energy and chemical enterprise,company B’s existing performance appraisal system can not meet the requirements of enterprise development.There are many problems and defects in the performance appraisal system.The imperfect performance appraisal system will seriously affect the rapid development needs of the company and the enthusiasm of employees.Especially for new modern enterprises,the salary incentive of performance appraisal is an important factor affecting the development of modern enterprises.A good salary incentive mechanism can effectively solve the problem of high operation efficiency.Only by discovering the potential problems of performance appraisal in time can we correctly understand the latest development trend of the company’s performance management,compare and check the current situation and existing problems of the current performance appraisal system,and then optimize the enterprise performance appraisal system,improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise and realize the enterprise’s The strategic policy of"visualization of talent development,specialization of education and training,strategization of performance management and differentiation of salary distribution" will continue to improve the performance management system in which talent development and service coexist.Through the research on the performance evaluation and optimization of the operation and maintenance center of company B,this paper will provide some guidance and reference significance for enterprises to carry out the strategy of performance management by using theoretical research method,questionnaire survey method and research method.Firstly,it expounds the research status and main research methods of performance appraisal system at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces performance management and performance appraisal methods,so as to provide a theoretical basis for further research in this paper.Thirdly,it expounds the characteristics of the operation and management mode of the operation and maintenance center of company B,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the performance appraisal of the operation and maintenance center of company B,so as to lay a foundation for the optimization of the performance appraisal of the company’s employees.Fourth,according to the strategic development objectives of the company and the actual situation of the company,the KPI performance appraisal system is designed according to the principles and ideas of the establishment of the performance appraisal system of the operation center.Finally,it puts forward the implementation of employee performance appraisal system and relevant safeguard measures in the operation and maintenance center of company B.
